Providing and fixing flat pressed 3 layer particle board medium density exterior grade (Grade I) or graded wood particle board IS : 3087 marked, to frame, backing or studding with screws etc. complete (Frames,backing or studding to be paid separately): 12 mm thick

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Newwork (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer

Paintingwith syntheticenamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and fixing Stainless Steel A ISI 304 (18/8) kitchen sink as per IS 13983 with C.I. brackets and stainless steel plug 40mm including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required: Kitchen sink with drain board 17.10.1.1 510x1040 mm bowl depth 250mm. 510x1040 mm bowl depth 250mm.

Providing and fixing flat pressed 3 layer particle board medium density exterior grade (Grade I) or gradedwoodparticleboard IS : 3087marked, to frame, backing or studding with screws etc. complete (Frames, backing or studding to be paid separately): 18 mm thick

Providing and fixing ply wood 6mm thick one side decorative for plain lining with necessary screw.
