Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, and removing unserviceable material outside cantt area, complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, terrazo dado from wall surface (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises. Complete all as specied and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) n.exc 1.5 Sqm each including cutting holes for taking out hold fast or dismantling brick work and removing from site all as specified.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) exc 1.5 Sqm & n.exc 4 Sqm each including cutting holes for taking out hold fast or dismantling brick work and removing from site all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface walls, in cement mortar 1:6, rendering is to be finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering cement plaster, 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface ceilings, in cement mortar 1:3, rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceilings to achieve smooth and even surface and applying three coats of white washing complete all as specified.

M&L for vitrified Ceramic (Double Charged) edge cut joint free coloured or printed any shade tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and set in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured/white cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified. (Sample as approved & Kept in GE's sample room)

M&L for digital Vitrified Ceramic edge cut joint free coloured or printed any shade tiles 10-12 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished area of each tiles exceeding 1.20 sqm but not exceeding 1.50 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and set in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured/white cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified. (Sample as approved & Kept in GE's sample room)

Description all as item No 14 &15 but as in vertical surfaces dado/skirting over a backing coat of CM 1:4, 10 mm thick, size as equal to floor tiles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pressed steel frames made of size 1.25mm thick MS steel for door with one or more rebates incl lugs, hold fast, lock strike plate etc complete of size 125 x 60mm including PCC 1:3:6 as in back fill to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Aluminum Power coated Aluminium sliding windows three track with mosquito proofing with style 44.4x44.5x2mm thick including 5 mm thick coloured/ tinted/ frosted glass panes including all necessary fittings and fixtures complete all as specified.

S&F for Anodised aluminium grills, 6mm dia size 100x100mm fixed to aluminium windows and thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing Factory made, plain framed, panelled shutter (two Panel) 35mm thick, 2nd class Hardwood with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P commercial ply. The size of rail and stiles as per as per IS:1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 35mm thick 2nd Class hard wood glazed, gauzed and skelton shutters open rebated and prepare to receive glass, gauge etc but divided into squares with plain chamfered or rounded mitred and rebated sash bars, stiles and rails as specified in SSR Part-I Sec 8 clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified

M&L for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description having width/girth exceeding 10 cm including preparation and rubbing with sand paper to make surface even and smooth complete all as specified.

M&L for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint on new wooden surfaces of any description over a coat of pink primer having width/girth exceeding 10 cm complete all as specified including preparation and necessary filling by chalk putty as and where requered to make surface even and smooth complete all as specified.

S&F butt hinges of mild steel cold rolled medium weight of size 100mm as specified.

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of any description incl under layer, taking down of cement plaster / demolition of cement concrete any thickness and removal of debris off the premises including grubbing up of trees and preparation of concrete surfaces by scrubbing down with steel brushes and cleaning with water to remove toremove all loose dirt/dust and applying roof treatment as below:-- (i) Applying a coat of bitumen primer membrane 0.4ltr/sqm by the same membrane manufacturer of density at 25 degree C’ 0.87-0.89Kg/Litre and viscosity 70-160 CPS till the surface properly impregnates and insolvent oil primer evaporates completely. (ii) Applying a coat of blown 85/25 graded bitumen confirming to IS 702 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm. (iiI) Applying Polymeric Polypropylene polymer membrane “APP” (Atactic poly propylene polymer ) modified prefabricated five layer 3mm thick not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm with 160 grams/sqm non woven polyster made at centre core reinforced laid with 75 mm side overlap and 100 overlap in length using butane torch with 10cm over laps which shall be thermo fused by flame cpmplete all as specified.

Applying two coats of aluminium paint over the APP membrane all as specified. All joints and change in direction shall be covered with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 200 ml/bag of cement and curved before laying membrane.

M&L for 40 mm thickness cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) to receive the concrete surfaces as evenly slope all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully Copper aluminium point wiring light, Fan, socket or power complete including fixture & fitting such as switches, sockets or power socket complete fitting bracket holder, boards, and making good disturbed surfaces of wall and ceiling etc.

Taking down carefully unserviceable sub main wiring and after fixing of false ceiling, re-fixing the same location of submain wiring complete all as specified and directed.etc.

Dismantling and taking down LED light single/panel light fittings of any wattage or size for repair or replacement of burnt/worn out accessories or carrying to MES store and after fixing/installation of false ceiling, re-fixing the same location complete with electric connection all as specified.

Supply and fix in replacement of Recess mounting 2x2 LED luminarie, 36 W deep drawn CRCA housing with high power LED premium white powder coated frame blends seamlessly with ceiling layout, suitable for 600x600 mm modular ceiling grid and also can be suspended with provided kit, complete fitting with all fixing arrangement all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make- Crompton /Bajaj /WIPRO/Havells.

M & L in replacement of Point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core unsheathed PVC insulated 1100 V, FRLS grade with multistranded copper conductor ISI marked drawn through in existing concealed / surface PVC/Steel conduit and accessories including new MS pressed steel terminal box and including replace laminated sheet 3mm thick for mounting of switches, socket regulator etc including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed cable multistranded copper conductor and connecting to earth dolly for light, Fan, Plug and bell all as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge. (a) One light point controlled by one 5 Amps one way switch. Note:- PVC conduit up 01 Mtr as required at site rate deemed to be included.
