Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

M&L for brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 but except bricks.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling board (fibre pulp insulation etc) or insulation board/slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets , all as specified.

Providing and fixing inter locking metal grid (snap grid for false ceiling) of size 605 mm x 605 mm in true horizontal level, hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 grams/sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24 mm X 38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross “T” of size 24 mm X 28 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main “T” at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200 mm x 600 mm and secondary cross “T” of length 600 mm and size 24 mm X 28 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200 mm X 600 mm panel to form grids of 600 mm X 600 mm and wall angle of size 24 mm X 24 mm X 0.4 mm. Main “T” runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 mm X 37 mm X 25 mm X 1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 mm X 30 mm X 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L 4 mm thick designer non-asbestos fibre cement building board having fire resistance & mosture resistance properly Make:- Everest, fixed on aluminium grid with screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5 mm thick wood grain printed PVC Sheet use instead of plain colour sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 5mm thick PVC Sheet fillets of width 35 mm for wall paneling includive of fixing on wall to make PVC Frame as per specification as per drawing all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling timber Framed work scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position.

Ditto all as item No 10 above but fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section.

M&L for Timber framed and fixed Second class hard wood Clean sawn in scantlings.

Dismantling of Wrought iron (or) mild steel work , including barbed wires, bolts, 10mm dia rods etc.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165.

S&F Roof trusses (Framed), Trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rail and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces ,cleats FE-410-W(GDE-E-250) Quality.

Dismantling asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roof covering incl ridge.

M&L 6 mm thick asbestos cement corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roof, walls etc fixed with L-type or J-type cranked hooks.

Fixing only 6mm thick asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheeting in roof covering with L or J type hooks/cranked bolts complete all as specifed.

M&L 6 mm thick asbestos cement corrugated or semi-corrugated ridge in roof fixed with L- type or J-type cranked hooks.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as per IS 15965: 2012 in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws complete.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as per IS 15965: 2012 in cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S&F 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheting with two corrugations side lap fixed with L- Type or J-Type or cranked hook boltsin lieu of screws complete all as specified.

Cutting groves into brick walls 75 mm wide 65 mm deep and shaping horizontal ,finished the groves in CM 1:3 complete all as specified & as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any descreption and in any position on brick or concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick (10mm + 5mm) in two coats in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick surfaces finishing the surface even and fair including mixing water proofing compound under finishing coat complete. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separtely under relevent item of this BOQ.

Supply only water proofing compound.

M&L for 15mm rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair surfaces of concrete on ceiling complete.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on celling complete.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion on walls complete.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls/ceilings and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic exterior paint (100% Acrylic) over one coat of self primer including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- ASIAN PAINT (APEX)/BERGER PAINT (WEATHER COAT SMOOTH)/NITCO (OUT SHINE)

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer.
