Taking out carefully submersible pump set upto 52 HP from tube well (for repair of pump/ motor/replacement of column pipe/submersble cable etc) complete with submersible motor, column pipes of any nos and size, submersible cable ,any size and length from tube well at approx depth 120 mtr , without damaging pump motor , submersible cable and column pipe. Stacking of column pipe and submersible cable properly . Transporting of pump set to workshop for repair and lowering of serviceable pump set with column pipes and cable upto required depth . Connecting electrically and with delivery line etc Note:-1. Cost of T&P (Small or special) required for taking out pump set is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. Any damage to pump set, submersible cable of tube well housing shall be make good by the contrctor without any extra cost. 2. Unsv submersible pump set shall be taken out from the borewell on the same day of receipt of complaint from department and serviceable pump set held with department shall be lowered on the same day to ensure the minimum breakdown period for water supply. Contractor not attending the breakdown after receipt of complaint on telephone shall be charged Rs 1000/- from his RAR clearely mentioning date and location of breakdown not attended by contractor. Break down shall be got rectified/attended directly from the market by the department at the risk and cost of the contractor.

Strip opening of unserviceable submersible motor of cap 40 HP,3 phase ,440 volts, 50 Hz, 2900 RPM and rewinding to stator with PVC insulated copper winding wire including sleeves, thimbles& minor spare parts like as bronze bushes , gland packing etc and re-assembling to the same motor after repair work . complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Defective spare parts shall be measure and paid under respective item of sch'A' as supply only But fixing charges shall be deemed to be including in the unit rate of this item. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Disconnecting of centrifugal pump set electrically and from suction and delivery line. Transporting pump set to workshop for repair. Strip opening of induction motor30 HP and taking out burnt out motor winding wire from stator and rotor carefully, cleaning the stator slots carefully, rewinding to stator and rotor with copper winding wire as per exiting size of wire including providing mica paper in stator slots thimbles, vanishing to winding wire and drying up of the insulation in heating chamber , assembling to motor after repair work and megger testing for insulation . Transporting of the motor to site , refixng /reinstallation , reconnecting and testing for smoth and trouble free running/functioning complete to the satisfaction of ENGINEER-IN-CHARGE Note : Defective spare parts excepts winding wire & bronze bushes etc shall be measured & paid separately under respective itemof this Sch ‘A’ as “Supply only” . Note :- (i) Pipe length will be measured and paid saperately under approriate item of sch 'A' (ii) Contractor shall restore supply system within in 8Hrs.
