Providing & Fixing new crank case heater, Opening Heating case of before oil drain, removing old heater with drill Machine, Refitting new Heater & Electirical Connection.
Providing Charging Compressor Oil. Freezol 68, Removing old oil, flushing the compressor Housing with Petrol. Providing new gasket & charging compressor oil. (unit No. 1 to 5)
Complete overhauling of condenser pump & chiller Pump. Replacement of both Ball Bearing, gland packing of condenser Pump in AC plant Room.
Providing & Fixing new viscous filter/fine filter suitable size of AHU. (As per Requirment) (22 Pre +22 fine =44)
Providing & Fixing new V-Belt of AHU Blower and motor as per site condition.
Modification & Reparing of OT duct As per size with G.I. Sheet Fabrication work at 1st floor.
Reparing of Emergency AHU Room Air Leakage with Board/Glass of suitable size material. (Ground floor to 5th Floor)

Supply of Common Salt for Water Softning Plant. (for each month 250 Kg.) 250 x 12 =3000 Kg. At plant room.
Providing & Fixing New Transreducer for Chiller units oil,Suction, Discharge. Make Danfoss or equillent. At unit No. 1, 4 & 5 .
Providing & Fixing Chiller water senssor in chiller water unit 1,2,3,4.
Repair & Replacement of Teflon seat of compressor service valve unit no. 3-4 at Plant room.
Providing & Fixing Flot valve for chiller water makeup tank & cooling tower tank. Size 20mm
Providing & Fixing Strip heater 3Kw. in AHU from 1-13.
Providing & Fixing Strip heater 2Kw. in AHU from 1-13.
Providing & Fixing Contactor ML-1.5 L/T for heater control at1st floor.
