SPL REPAIR OF BLDGS NO P-954, CHINAR AUDITORIUM AT BB CANTT, SRINAGAR IN THE AOR OF AGE B/R-I UNDER GE 864 EWS

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid/mat finish ceramic tiles/Mat finish tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles/Mat finish tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm on vertical surfaces as in skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match over and including 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 to receive vertical tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450x300x7mm thick including 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab over 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:6 including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine cut Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps ,skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and cement slurry including 10mm thick cement plaster 1:3 CM to receive Kota stone and jointed rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite (of any type) work table rubbed and polished 18-20 mm thick machine cut,in steps, jams,pillars,window cills,cooking platforms and like laid and bedded over 15 mm thick cement mortar in cement mortar 1:6 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to macth with shade of granite, complete all as specified and directed.
