11.26 Kota stone slab flooring over 20mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cementslurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 11.26.1 25m thick

16.68 Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete inter-locking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design and shape, laid in required color and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarsean, filling the joints with line sand etc. all completed as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

10.1 Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

13.2.2 15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:6 (1 cement : 6 Fine sand)

13.80 Providing and applying white cement based putty of a average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

13.47.1 Finishing walls with premium Acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade : New work (Two or more coats Applied @ 1.43 litre/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm
