Providing and laying in position seperation membrane of 125 micron thick impermeable plastic sheet of make IPCL Shivalik or equivalent make in transparent white color over the surface of D.L.C. complete in all respect as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and making sawcut transverse construction / contraction joint as per approved drawing provided at a maximum distance of 4.5 m including the cost of covering of dowel bars with the plastic sheath for at least 60 % of the length from one end. Initially 3 to 45 mm wide cut shall be made after 1 to 2 days upto 1/3rd depth of slab and including cost of scaling temporarily with a jute rope. At the time of sealing temporarily seal shall be taken out and 10 and 12 mm wide grooves shall be made upto a depth of 22 mm. Before sealing the joint 5 mm thick compressible de-bonding strips with paper back shall be inserted to the bottom of the groove. The groove shall be filled with poly supplied / silicon sealant. The sealant shall be applied slightly at a lower level than the slab with a tolerance of 2 + 1 mm complete in all respect as per approved drawing and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra for making rough surface of the concrete pavement of providing non slippery surface by mechanical cutter for safe playing of vehicles as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Bollard SIgnages: Providing and fixing retro reflective light bollards 1500mm High as per site requirements, using non metallic micro- prismatic retro- reflective sheet confirming to IRC: 67-2012 type -IV, HIP specification fixed on 3mm thick aluminium composite material sheet as base having 0.5mm thick aluminium on both sides circular board of size 450mm dia, sheeting of blue back ground and white arrow. The other board will be of size 600mm X400mm made upof high intensity retro- reflective sheeting type - IV fixed over aluminium composite panel sheet 3mm thick both of the fixed on 80 mm NB dia 16guage M.S. CAT EYES: Pavement Marker ( cat Eyes) Molded shank raised Pavement markers made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panles with micro prismatic lense face and shall support a load of 16000kg tested in accordence to ASTM D 4280 type H and complying to specifications of category A of MORTH circular No. W/NH/33023/10-97-DO III dt. 11.06.1997. Providing and fixing retro reflective hazard marker confirming to IRC79 : 1981 of size 900x300mm with back support of MS angle 25x25x3 mm and leg post of 80mm dia having 1.6mm Thickness duly painted, 1500mm high embedded into 0.3x0.3x0.45m M20 grade concrete as per site requirements, using non-metallic micro prismatic retro reflective sheet confirming to IRC: 67-2012 Type IV specification fixed on 3mm thick aluminium composite material sheet as base having 0.5mm thick aluminium on both sides.
