M&L preparing new galvanised surfaces to receive painting, by coating with mordant solution including washing and cleaning, etc. iron surfaces as in roofings over 10 cms width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint in approved colour & pattern over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick & removing the surplus spoil at a distance exc. 50m & not exc. 100m incl taking down old broken RCC fencing post complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling, mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm made shutters plain framed, panelled shutter with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm to 15mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS-1003 (Part - I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
