Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for sewage pipe line not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan for man holes and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 m in depth getting out in hard/dense soil complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in post holes not exceeding 0.5 cum each getting out , returning filling in and ramming earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm each all as specified in hard/dense soil including removal of surplus soil upto 50 mtrs distance complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 40mm using graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Pre-cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in cover slab and the likes and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete including necessary form work and demolition of existing cover slabs reinforcement cut as required to faciliate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or Stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brickwork with subclass `B` bricks, in straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing of Cast ion 100mm dia nahani trap, with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete Type B-1 (1:2:4),including dismentling/ removing old floor trap all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

All as per Srl Item No 27 above but 75 mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed ware or AC or reinforced concrete) 150 mm set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Excavation work will be measured and paid seprately).

Salt glazed stone ware drain pipes 150 mm dia laid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested for 150 mm dia bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drain, making good to pipe, rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for pipe for internal dia 150 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting into existing manholes for removing existing branch drain making good in walling and rendering cutting out branch and making good benching for pipe for internal dia 150 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of sewer lines of various sizes by rodding from manhole to manholes 150mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Desluding and cleaning of septic tank/manholes of various capacity and sizes and burying the sludge in a pit waste materials in borrow pits of suitable site & covering the same by spreading earth & spreading bleaching powder on it (The rates includes for making borrow pits with in 100mtr & removing, surplus soil upto 50mtr distance) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Road side septic tank should be cleaned by mechanical method. (ii) De-sludged material of septic tank and manholes should be disposed outside the campus area.

Hand packing broken stone (any thickness) at back of walls over arches etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

PCC Type D-2 (1:4:8) using graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

PCC bond stone Type C-2 (1:2:4) using graded crushed stone aggregate for stone walling in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 42, above but except stone complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwse specifically provided

PCC 1:3:6 Type C-1 20 mm using graded crushed stone aggregate as in wall or retaining wall, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters buttresses columns, pillars boundary pillars andposts (including caps and bases) complete all as spefcified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new steel surfaces applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on newly steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or grith, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new surfaces and two coats of exterior acrylic paint of any shade over a coat of primer as approved by GE over new plastered surfaces of walls as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron of mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Mild steel work conforming to Fe 290 GdeE-165 as in angle iron posts with swan neck (horn) and struts fencing including cutting tops to shape also directed drilling holes notching for wire etc necessary drilling bolting as welding / riveting etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (each line wire to be measured)

Restraining and resecuring including making good staples etc. as in galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (each line wire to be measured).

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 4 mm dia galvanised steel wire 150x100 mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Machine pressed coloured precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 grade after spreading and levelling in layers n exc. 25 cm thick sand cushioning properly levelled to existing gradient complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismatling of floor tiling including cement mortar bedded but not backing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x20 cm x 25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, with grey cement and no pigment and including Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Demolotion of concrete in ground floor not exceeding 15cm in thickness below or above ground level including floor finish such as tiles of any thickness and any description etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-2, 100 mm thick (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified as in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
