Material and labour for application of one coat of water based bitumen emulsion primer at the rate of 0.3 litre per SQM after cleaning of the surfaces thoroughly from dust, dirt and projections and applying water proofing treatment with APP polymeric membrane of weight 3 kilogram per SQM and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non oven fabric (weight not less than 150 gm/SQM) over that a coat of blown bitumen of 85 / 25 at the rate of 1.2 kilogram per SQM over that providing a sand layer of 25mm thick thick in sunken floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for plain cement concrete, Type E2 (1:5:10) mix (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) for filling in sunken floor and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and thickness on brick walls including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for rendering 12 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement plaster 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement in patches not exceeding 3 sqm each patch complete all as specified and as directed.
