Rewinding / servicing of induction monoblock pump set of capacity 20 HP, 3 phase, including carrying out maintenance check along with following repairs: (a) Dismantling of monoblock motor pump set and display all the parts without damage any portion for inspection of Engineer in Charge to ascertain the serviceability of existing parts. (b) Repair / replacement of bearing and greasing. (c) Repairs play of impeller and bushing of pump. (d) Assembling of motor with old serviceable parts and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts.

Painting to Centrifugal pump motor set, pipe line, gate valve by scraping, dust cleaning body by wire brush of applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of standard colour all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing of 40 mm dia nominal bore G.I. pipes complete with G.I.fittings including trenching and refilling etc.

Providing and fixing of 50 mm dia nominal bore G.I. pipes complete with G.I.fittings including trenching and refilling etc.

Providing and fixing of 40 mm nominal outer dia Pipes Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete s per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing for 50 mm nominal bore gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end). CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe.
