Calibration to HT RMU SF6 VCB type, 11 KV, 3 phase, 630 amps outdoor/ indoor type installed at sub stations after disconnecting the main supply incoming panel for repairs and replacement of unserviceable parts and refixing the same after repair and testing on full load from OEM or authorised dealer (Cost of spare parts and other job works will be paid under respective items) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Rates are deemed to include the cost of all tools, material and labour required for dismantling taking out and assembling of VCB with replacement of worn out nuts and bolts, gaskets, A grade greasing and oiling of moving parts and refixing the same. (b) Rates are deemed to include the cost of material and labour required to make alternative arrangement to bypass the electric supply through the HT panel or other HT line to avoid long period of shut down of electric supply.

Opening the VCB/RMU and replacing the single phase burnt motor of VCB/RMU with appropriate size of motor complete all as directed.

Repair of motor charging gear complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/replacement of lifting lock in and out complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of burnt trip coil/MTD device assembly 24 V DC complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of burnt closing coil assembly 24V DC complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of burnt wiring including cut out switches complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of TNT/auxiliary switch complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of Vacuum interrupter complete all as directed

Replacement of VCB Power Pack with battery backup 24 DC complete all as directed

Replacement of Voltage Indicator lamps complete all as directed

Supply and Fixing of 3 phase digital type Amp meter 0- 120 Amp class 0.5 suitable for 11 KV RMU/ VCB to match the ratio of existing CTs complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and Fixing of 3 phase digital type Volt meter suitable for 11 KV VCB/RMU panel to match the ratio of existing CTs complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in Replacement of 2 Volt battery bank ( UPST) comprising of 55 No cell of 165 AH each suitable complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for Servicing of LT Distribution Panels at Various Sub Stations, 415 V, and decorbonising complete contact points, cleaning of bus bar complete, oiling/greasing of moveable parts and replacement of burnt/unserviceable parts including checking of control wiring all as specified below and as directed:- Note:- Spares replaced shall be measured and paid under relerent items herein after. (a) Repair/ replacement of damaged hinges of each compartment (b) Taking down existing bus bars cleaning with CTC applying with becktol red solution, providing bus bar insulation and refixing with new nuts, bolts, washers etc. (c) Replacement of damaged copper flexible cable and fixing new copper flexible cable for incoming and out going connections of each MCCB/switches terminals to bus bars (d) Replacement of damaged/ worn out/ loose connections/ cable lugs for incoming & outgoing cables (e) Replacement of neoprene gasket for all doors of panel board. (f) Taking down rusted portion of sheet of feeder pillar boxes, damaged hinges etc and supply and fix new hinges heavy duty type, MS sheet patch work by cutting, welding and fabricating at site as required not exceeding 0.5 Sqm , painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

Note : i) Cost for replacement of spares included in above quoted rates. ii) The rate shall be deemed to be included for replacement of worn out rusted hinges, bolts, split pins and cable lugs, cable glands and neoprene gasket to all doors including raising of foundation to 0.2 M height etc at places where directed by Engr-in-Charge., iii) Cost of replacement of MCCB's, repairs to MCCB's/SFUs not included in the scope of work. iv) Providing metallic tags with indication of starting and destination marking shall be provided for each cable as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured under ground cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor LT 1100 V grade cross sectional area 185 Sqmm 3.5 core, including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply, fixing and erection truly in vertical position steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.00m long) including painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled, and making alternate white & black strips each 30cm wide upto 1.5 m above from coping including dismantling of existing Poles/Struts of any type and size and removing the same from site out side of MOD land complete all as specified and directed. Note:-The item are not for reuse and will be credited.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and chequered steel back plates, angle iron equal size or any size fabricated from steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size for cover for cable duct any size and holding of two pole strucures, GOD, street light GI bracket, junction boxes and fabrication of anti climbing devices, other works etc as indicated or directed and duly painted with synthetic enamel aluminium/smoke grey paint over a coat of primer fixed "as in repairs" including dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete in foundation of pole/stays etc complete all as specified

Lightning arrestor non linear resistor type complying with IS 3070 Part -I 1985 for alternating current system multple spark gap suitable for voltage grade 11000 volt having discharge capacity 65 KA complete with all fittings and all as specified.

(Note - Trimming of tree branches irrespective in numbers in each span shall be measured as one unit)
