Supply, transporting, erecting and truly fixed in vertical position and fixing of steel tubular pole swaged, over all length 9 metres, type 410 – SP – 31 complete with mild steel base plate, pole cap, finial taper plug, MS bolts, nuts & washers, and painting of pole with two coats of anti corrosive black bituminous paint through out internally and externally upto planting depth (embedded in concrete) and including painting of exposed surfaces of Pole (Full length of pole) with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, and painting of 05 Nos. bands / strips of 30 cm wide each with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (black & yellow) at a distance of 30 cm from plinth block upto 1500 mm height and marking / sign writing of pole number and feeders locations of pole with thick synthetic enamel paint (white) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : PCC and earth work, MS bracket for fixing light fitting shall be meassured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

Supply, Laying, Testing and Commissioning of LT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables 16 Sqmm 04 core (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded Aluminium conductor complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metres wide and not exceeding 1.5 metres in depth for foundation/cable trench/laying of pipe line/taking out pipe etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and deposing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metres above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying burnt brick sub class 'B' modular size, for cable protection laid length wise perpendicular to the axis of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs GI pipe bracket, made out of 40mm dia light grade GI pipe, fabricated into shape and size as required, not less than 1.2 metre long complete with two MS clamps of MS flat iron 40mm x 6mm with bolts, nuts and washer complete all fixed on poles/walls complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing for thermoplastic polycarbonate cable junction box hinged door type of size 200mm x 160mm x 90mm for 3Phase and N incoming cable 3 Phase and N outgoing cable and single Pole and N connection for light fitting with terminal block with cage and clamp system (screw less) shock proof sage IP-65 weather proof rust dust and water proof internally embeded gasket with provn for cable entry through gland along with MS clamp and mounting brackets as required at site complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing for PVC insulated PVC Sheathed multi stranded copper conductor wire 1.5 sqmm size twin core complete for drawing through pole for making connection to street light fitting provided on poles upto junction box including thimbles complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing for 50mm GI pipe of light grade including cutting in pieces for fixing with pole including suitable size clamps fixed on poles/walls complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in foundation for poles, mass concrete, pedestal/coping, including necessary weathering , chamfering , surfaces finished even & fair including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
