S&F for Pre- Painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping ,drilling of screws/suitable length GI 'J' or 'L' hooks in roof complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Two mm fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting of a similar pattern as that of Galvalume sheet with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw, GI 'J' or 'L' hooks in roof complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 160mm bore PVC rain water pipe single socketed(ISI Marked) any length with rubber ring joints , complete fittings, including bend pipe etc fixed to wall fixed with MS clamps 8mm dia with two nuts wall nails etc complete all as specifed and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of truss ,purline, rafter, vallay gutter and expended metal any description not other wise provided for complete all as specified and directed..

S&F for roof trusses (framed) trussed, Purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy brackets framing(Beam, Angle, Channel or flat section,plain plates) including distance pieces, cleats ,welding and braceing etc,Fe-410W(Gde-E-250)quality -B, including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel Angles, bars, flats ,plane angle cleats for securing to vallay gutter supports, wind ties,securing purlins J or L hook clamps with nut bolts,washers and similar small articles confirming to Fe 290 or Gde-E165 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime mortar plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick walls, RCC pillars, beams, purlins etc and finishing the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in two coats (10 + 5 mm), both coat mixed with integral water proofing compound ISI Marked @ 2% by the weight of cement and finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed Note - WPC shall be measured and paid separately

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removal of rubbish/ demolished materials out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specifed and directed. Note :- Height of the structre is more than 7 mtr and necessary scaffolding and jack will be provided at the time of work. Note:- (a) Necessary fixing and removing shoring, cleaning and stacking bricks, cutting of defective brick for underpinning required for are including in this item. (b) The work shall be execute upto 7 mtrs height and multiplace.

M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete type 1:1.5:3 (Nominal mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in beams, cantilever, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid separately).

Form work to side of concrete as in roof beams, lintels cantilevers, shelves etc for fair finished of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia., and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Mild steel TMT bars 8 mm to 10 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, in stirrups, spacers and binders and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for removing loose, disturbed or disintegrated old concrete surfaces of RCC beam, column, lintel, pardi, railing etc, cleaning throughly exposed reinforcement, preparing exposed concrete surfaces to receive guniting, applying anti corrosive paint to the exposed reinforcement, supply and fix welded wire mesh of size 100 x 100 mm of 3 mm dia wire, weight not less than 1.37 Kg/Sqm & binding with 22 gage binding wire to reinforcement and applying pressure guniting in cement mortar 1:3, minimum thickness 30 mm and thereafter rendering 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:3, mixed with water proofing compound 2% by weight of cement and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement to match the existing surfaces, removing the debris outside MD land including material and labour for necessary scaffolding and safety arrangement for guniting work complete all as specified and directed (Note :- The finished of the surfaces to be matched with the existing surface. WPC Shall be measured & paid separately)

Taking down frame with shutter of aluminium ventilator not exc 1.5 sqm each and refixing on same opening. All as spd and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces and applying Two coat of white wash on wall, coloums, beams etc complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls, chajjas,filling of hair line cracks with white cement and applying two coats of 100% anti fungal weather resistant acrylic paint over a coat of acrylic primer in approved shade and as per manufacturer's instructions including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls including washing down, rubbing down, filling of cracks with Dr. Fixit cracks filler or equivalent and applying antifungal treatement as required and applying two coats of 100% acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frames) and including grills/ guard bars n.exceeding 1.5 Sqm each complete as directed

S&F aluminium section in doors/windows/ventilators ,any type, powder coated in approved colour (Thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron), aluminium section (medium weight of series 'B') or section as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, cut to size, jointed together with cadmium plated steel screws including rubber beading or gasket for aluminium sections for fixing glass/XPM jali and all necessary fittings complete, screws, plugs for fixing screws, etc all as specified and directed (Make : JINDAL/HINDALCO) Notes : (i) Weight of aluminium sections shall only be measured. (ii) The supply only rate of bakelite sheet glass pane,wire mesh and rubber beading or gasket will be measured separately.

Supply only metallic floor hardener. Complete all as specified and directed

Forming 12 mm thick expansion joint filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade A for 150mm thick concrete slab. etc complete all as spd and directed.

Dismantling carefully reinforced cement concrete work (including cutting of the reinforcement as required to facilitate dismantling) with low Impact Hammer / Breaker without dismantling the structure of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, cleaning and removing the retreived debris out side MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Epoxy bond coat of Make Fosroc (NITOBOND-EP) OR EPOXY BONDING AGENT of Dr. Fixit OR equivalent of M/s. Krishna Conchem as approved by GE over exposed concrete surfaces prior to application of any type of mortar / concrete to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete/ new mortar by brush application, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for carry out application of Bi -polar migratory corrosion inhibitor (make, M/S Krishna conchem (EPCO KP -100) / BASF ( master protect 8000 CI) on RCC surfaces , complete all as spd and directed .( Note: Mode of measurment superficial area of concrete will be measured.)

M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement using IPNET-RB of M/s Krishna Conchem or Epoxy Zinc Primer of M/s. Dr. Fixit by application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum four hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush after cleaning/wire brushing to the exposed steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed . Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.

M&L for casting & repairing of excessively damaged distressedRCC members (exceeding 60mm in thikness) with prebatched, prepacked, single component ready to use microconcrete from Fosroc (Renderoc RG) or equivalent of Dr. Fixit as approved by GE, at any level/ height and at any lead or lift as directed including prefabricated water tight formwork, centering, scaffolding, also including mixing , laying, levelling, finishing, curing etc as per manufacturer's specifications and all other relevant works, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Reinforcement only shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, sub base of floor ( 75mm thick ) finished even and fair all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises etc out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non-skid ceramic tiles (Coloured) 7 to 8mm thick rectangular area of each tiles exc 0.18 sqm and n exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc,.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 laying floor finished complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 12 mm thick Perforated particle board/tiles for insulation and accoustic purposes, to falls ceiling 60X60 cm in size, fixed with staples on snap grid complete all as specfied and directed

S&F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work 600X600 mm for ceiling and hangers 6 mm dia, GI (upto 1200mm length) agjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40X3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasterners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Main tee, cross tee shall be 35x25x1.5mm & 25x25x1.5mm respectivaly. Angle at end all along the walls shall be 40x25x2mm.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling board (fibre ,pulp, insulation etc) slabs/blanket any thickness inlcuding cover fillet all as spd.

M&L for filling cracks with polymer based chemical (Dr fixit cracks shrink free or equivalent) for cracks not exc 10 mm in width as per manufacturer instruction on wall surfaces on concrete or masonary including scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Steel rolling shutter ( thickness of lath 1.25mm thick) without ball bearing as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated, and including taking down of any thickness etc, complete gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for post construction anti- termite traetment along the external wall below concreate or masonary apron using chemical emulsion @2.25 liters per linear meter including drilling and plugging holes with cement morter 1:2 to match the existng floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for post construction anti - termit treatment at points of contract of wwod work using chemical emulision (in oil or kerosin based solution ) @ 0.5 liters per holy by drilling 6 mm dia holes at a down ward angles of 45 degree at 150 mm centere to center and sealing the same with white cement and making good to the existing surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for injecting chemical GLYPHOSPHATE 41% SL 20 ml or till refusal by making cuty/injection of the stem of plant 30 mm C/C and spraying with solution (25 ml GLYPHOSPHATE 41% diluted with 1 ltr of water) and removing the plant/vegitation including penetrated roots complete including necesary scaffolding etc all as specified and directed for plants/vegetation

Framed work such as grill , grating, cattle trap, etc with end of bars shoulders and riveted or forged into spike, framed guard bars ladders etc conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 all as spd and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connection, removing clear off site after credit for the same is recovered by the dept., bore of pipe 15mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for building up the profile of structural members using polymer modified mortar from M/s Krishna Conchem (Molith PMM) or Polymer mortar HB of Dr. Fixit, while the bonding agent is still tacking upto 20mm thickness, including leveling, profiling etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick as in window cill, jamb and soffit etc over 15mm the cement mortar 1:4 screed base/rendering laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed

S&F 15mm bore U- PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc. with all fittings completed all as specifiec and directed. Note :- The height of the store house are more than 7 mtr. All the safety precautions are must be ensured.
