Demolishing of stone rubble masoanry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable materail within 50 meters as per direction of Engineer-in charge.(Item code HPPWD-SR 2020:- 15.9.2).

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation, trenches or drains(not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10sqm on plan),including dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms,lift upto 1.5 m,including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed,within a lead of 50m. Excavating Trenches of required width for pipes,cables,etc including excavation for sockets,and dressing of sides,ramming of bottoms,depth upto 1.5 m,including getting out the excavated soil,and then returning the soil as required,in layer by ramming,watering,etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed,within a lead of 50 m :(Item Code HPPWD-SR 2020-2.10.1.2).

Clearence of Silt/Malwa from channel including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed,within a lead of 50 m.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: (Item Code HPPWD-SR 2020-5.9)

Walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge. (Item Code HPPWD-SR 2020-5.9.2)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. -All work upto plinth level.

Providing cement concrete lining 15 cm thick or less for irrigation channels, using cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement2 sand :4 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in:

In Bed complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

In walls complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Mild steel / tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding complete upto plinth level and above plinth level in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. Providing and fixing CI Sluice Valve 150 mm dia 10.2 kg/cm2 Kartar make i/c MS Flange of Table-5 as per IS 6392-1971 of WT of 71.30 kg & Welding of MS Flanges in two layers on both faces and i/c carriages in all respects within all leads & lifts.

Providing, Laying, Testing & Jointing in trenches (to level or grade) GMS tube (IS : 1239-2004) of 150 mm dia , and medium Class conforming to IS specification capable to withstand required hydraulic test pressure in random length 6 m trs . complete in all respects within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge . Providing, Laying, Testing & Jointing in trenches HDPE pipes of following diameters & classes as per IS 4984, PE-80 and jointing the pipes through push type compression joints by hydraulically operated machines upto 110 mm diameter and butt fusion (heat fusion process) above 110 mm diameter i/c necessary fittings,bends,tees & reducers fabricated in accordance with IS 8360 & IS 8008 with latest ammendments & shall be provded as per site conditions. Flanging of the pipes shall be made as & where required confirming to code IS 8008 & IS 7634, stub ends will be welded on pipes & MS flange shall be provided with slip on covered by epoxy coating/plastic powder. The flange should be confirm to ANSI B 16.5 with necessary nuts & Bolts.Jointing shall be complete in all respects i/c at site upto entire satisfaction of engineer-n charge.

Providing circumferential Butt welded joints by electrical arc welding to GI pipe 150 mm Dia. Having following dia. Of pipe,wall thickness,welded in requisite numbers of weld runs so as to achieve the minimum effective throat thickness of weld conforming to IS 816-1969 specifications, by using welding electrodes of 2.5 mm to 6.3 mm of ADVANI Orelikon (Adore)- CITOJET / ESAB make, conforming to IS 814-1991, at site of work complete in all respects,including manual/mechanical handling of pipes in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing ,welding and fixing of M.S. flanges at suitable reaches,conforming to following table 5; 150 mm as per IS:6392-1971 (Latest with upto date ammendments) and welding of MS flanges with G.I. Pipes/MSERW pipes in two layers on both faces to make the joint leak proof (The cost of providing and laying of G.I. Pipes/MSERW pipes to be measured seperately). The welding of flanges should conform IS 816-1969- with electrode as per IS : 814-1991 and required number of nuts and bolts conforming to IS :1364. The thickness of gasket not less than 3.00 mm conforming to IS : 2712-1998. The work shall be done as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.

Restoration Charges for digging of kachha road/Kachha shoulder

Finishing with epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufactures specifications including appropriate priming coat, prepration of surface, etc. complete and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Writing new letters and figures of any shade with synthetic enamel black or any other approved colour to give an even shade as per drawings and technical specifications clause 1701 in English and roman, hyphen, commas and the like not to be measured and paid complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
