Providing and laying Glazed Ceramic floor tiles / porcelain parking tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1Cement : 4 Coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. In colour such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown

12mm Cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix: 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work

Lettering with black Japan paint or any other colour as approved by the EIC of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia. wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm

Providing and fixing 12mm thick relaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board (conforming to IS: 12823 Grade-I type-II) in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side.

Providing and fixing unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (UPVC) pipes, conforming to ASTM D1785 (Schedule 40) with all fittings (socket, elbow, tee, cap, etc) conforming to ASTM D2466 (Schedule 40) including labour, tools & tackles and other incidentals all complete: UPVC pipe 150mm NB with minimum wall thickness of 7.11mm complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
