Note:- The damaged surfaces to be made good with plastering & applying colour wash in required coats to matching with existing surfaces as directed by Engineer-in-charge. M&L for Rewinding the armature of exhaust fan size 380/450 mm sweep exhaust fan of any make with super enamelled copper wire of suitable for incl all insulating materials varnishing complete incl satisfactory test run on full speed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for Removing rusts/dusts cleaning thoroughly with petrol to the exhust fan in situ and spray painting with one coat to ceiling fan of any size and type with 1st quality synthetic enamel paint as per exsisting colour to fan body, legs etc and writing the MES number as MES No on the fan body in black paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for Fan hook fabricatedwith MS Flat 25X6mm 350mmlong 02 nos bend to shapedrilled with holes and MS nut, boltsandwasher of required as per side with one coatof primer and twocoatof paints as per site complete as per direction by EIC

Excavation in trenches / post holes in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for taking out and laying pipe lines not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out, excavated earth, forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specfied and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Supply & spreading in trenches dry river sand cushioning to underground cable in trenches including spreading, levelling hand punning down complete all as specified and directed Note:- Depth of sand cushioning will be measured after punning down and levelling the sand properly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note : Punned thickness of sand shall be measured for payment.

M & L for laying of bricks locally available sub class 'B' bricks (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
