Supply, install, testing and commissioning of CPCB IV compliant Eco friendly Generating Set, Diesel Engine driven of capacity 200 KVA (160 KW) at 0.8 PF, 415 volts AC, 3 phase, 50 Hz 4 wire, current 278 Amp, 1500 RPM with inbuilt AMF Panel directly coupled alternator and engine, Engine and alternator assembled at Original Equipment Manufacturer factory, common base platform, PCC foundation, anti vibration pads/ dampers as per manufacturer instructions and as directed by manufacturer including all excavations. The DG set shall work at ambient conditions of Kamptee and produce specified out put. The derating factors, if any, shall be taken in to consideration while arriving the capacity to give specified out put. The DG set shall be factory assembled by the OEM of the engine manufacturer and all components shall be accommodated in enclosure and other accessories conforming to conditions under IS 10004722/1460 BS 5514/2613/ 5000 ISO 8526/ 3046:- Specification of DG Set all as shown in PS No 31 at page No.122 of tender documents.

Supply of Trolley having chassis fabricated out of 6 x 3 inches size channel (Main Section) mounted over suitable suspension system driven through 5 stud axle, folding disc and wheeled through 7.5 x 16 type tyres of make Appollo/ Ceat / MRF. Entire trolley is to be fabricated with suitable knuckle joint and separate double eye tie rod / sling so that it can be pulled to desired location with the help of tractor of any other suitable load carrier vehicle. (Min Load carrying capacity of trolley 5 Ton). Heavy duty trolley made up of stainless steel with two coat of painted four wheeled suitable for 200 KVA Diesel Generator Set alongwith outer guard and over head shed. Extra space for LT cable, Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, and testing XLPE insulated,PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 240 sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Onload changeover switch 400 Amps, 4 Pole, 415 V in sheet steel enclosure suitable for fixing on wall at existing position, including with all incoming and outgoing connection with cable lugs, washers, nutbolts and accessories complete with taking down old unserviceable changeover switch all as specified and directed.
