Removal of existing Epoxy coating and oiling /greasing flooring adhered to concrete floors ,preparation of concrete floor surfaces including removal of adhesives,ingress in concrete,paint splashes,curing compounds,oil and grease,etc and rectifying undulations to smooth surface by light mechanical scrubbing,grinding or grit/captive blasting followed by vaccum cleaning to remove dust,removal of moisture content,repair the undulations if any as directed by Eng-in-charge.

M&L for Racking out of old existing sealent compound and back up road the existing Dummy joints by special tools like cutting blades /machines ,wideing by 2mm by using joint cutting blades of appropriate size ,straight and smooth edges .joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air,joint shall be made dry ,vacuum cleaned and free of dirt oil ,vegetation and other debris .application of two coat of primer with thin brush by forward and backward at an interval of 30 min before pacing the backup rod and pouring the sealent ,thereafter filled with closed cell, medium density, cross linked polythlene foam back road of 8 mm dia for complete length of joint sealent meeting the requirement mentioned in BS-5212,BS-4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement Accommodation factor (MAF) +/-30% complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick of concrete Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing com pound, Grade ‘A complete all as specified and directed.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC type B-2, (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate Finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granolithic concrete 1:1:2 floor topping 30mm thick; laid over PCC subfloors etc. & finished to an even & fair surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Wearproof topping as specified (incorporating an approved metallic floor hardner), laid on concrete floors & pavings, & finished even & smooth (except metallic hardner) Thickness of topping 20 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only metalic floor hardener complete.

Schedule of credit amount of Rs. 188986.50 to be deducted during AOC.
