Supply, install, testing, & commissioning outdoor type Power transformer having no load voltage ratio at rated voltage 33/11 KV, 2000 KVA oil immersed, naturally cooled 3 phase 50 Hz, vector group DYN- 11 and Off Circuit tap Changer having tapping range +5% to -5% in step of 2.5% on HT side to very secondary voltage, copper double wound, HV side delta connected & LV side star connected provided with 3 phase and neutral. The temperature rise shall not exceeding 50 degree C by thermometer in oil and 55 degree Celsius by resistance with first filling of oil as per IS grade 335 and transformer conforming to IS 2026 "class A" all as directed and specified. The Manufacturer Lab must be NABL approved to ascertain genuine product quality. The following fittings and accessories including first fill of transformer oil necessary mounting on PCC floor mounted type as per manufacturer's recommendations and specifications. (a) Lifting lugs, Top cover lugs & jacking Pad. (b) Earthing Terminals. (c ) Conservator with oil gauge Glass, Oil filling hole with plug and drain plug. (d) Transformer Drain valve (e) 04 Nos Bi-directional plain/Flat rollers (f) Explosion Vent with Diaphragm (g) Thermometer Pocket (h) Air Vent Plug (j) First Fill Silica get Breather (k) Rating & Diagram Plate, Inspection cover, Terminal Making Plate (l) Cooling Radiators. m) HT & LV Termination - Bare Bushing. (n) First Fill of EHV grade Transformer Oil (o) Buchholz Relay with Contracts for Alarm & Trip Contacts and control cable to be provided for connected to existing VCB for tripping. (p) Oil Temp indicator with Alarm & Trip Contacts and control cable to be provided for connected to existing VCB for tripping. (q) Winding Temperature indicator with Alarm & Trip Contacts and control cable to be provided for connected to existing VCB for tripping. (r) Marshalling Box (s) Off Circuit Tap Changer on HV Side

M& L for GI tubing medium grade of size 150 mm dia fixed on walls /plateform of transformer as protection pipe for ground cable including provisioning of clamps etc complete all as speified and directed. Note - Excavation shall be paid separately in respective items.

M& L for GI tubing medium grade of size 50 mm dia fixed on walls /plateform of transformer as earthing strip protection pipe for ground cable including provisioning of clamps etc complete all as speified and directed. Note - Excavation shall be paid separately in respective items.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation complete all as speified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 33000 volts grade, of size 120 sq mm in 3 core complete all as speified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 33 KV grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Auminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm complete all as speified and directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets , copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as speified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 120 sq mm 3 core complete all as speified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Auminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm complete all as speified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for out door termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Auminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm complete all as speified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including copper earth strip of size 20×3mm (up or 7.5 mtr length) and GI pipe 40 mm light grade for protection of earth strip by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts and washers made out of galvanised iron and connected to earth test point as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-1-2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including excavation and earth work any in type of strata available at site, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 for earth chamber, precast RCC slab 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (xpm) weight not less the (4kg/sqm) funnel with GI watering pipe of 20mm bore medium grade, wire nuts and lugs complete all as speified and directed.

M&L for copper strip of size 32 x 6 mm in ground not exceeding 40cm deep / fixing to platform / steel structure complete all as speified and directed.Note :- (i) Excavation for laying of Earth strip shall be paid in respective items (ii) Cost of insulator and other accessories for fixing of earth strip to pole structure to be includes in items rates.

Material and labour for lightning arresters for outdoor use expulsion type suitable for 33000 volts (HT) complete with all fittings, transmission class, dis-charge capacity 65 KA complete all as speified and directed.

Supply and fix for HT 33 KV out door type Gang operated air-break switch suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting fixed type complete with 9 insulators and with earth switch upto 200/400 Amps complete all as speified and directed.

Material and labour for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates, fabricated from structural steel including nuts, blots, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed including a under coat and one finishing coat of aluminum paint over a coat of primer complete all as speified and directed.

Supply and spreading for stone aggregate of size not exceeding 40 mm spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15 cm to a true surface of broken stones for transformer and pole structure area complete all as speified and directed.
