Labour for pressure testing / leak arresting , vaccumising with dry nitrogen gas / oil charging, incl replacing the unserviceable strainers all as required and testing complete for package type Air Conditioning Plant upto the 17.5 TR plants Note :- Refrigerant Gas R-22/R- 410/413/407C/R134a and strainers will be measured and paid seperately under supply only items

M & L for repairing to rusted out sheet of outdoor unit for package type AC by necessary patching work with 2 mm thick steel sheet with welding/ brazing as per site requirement to make complete working condition complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only for Recharge/Top up Refrigerant R-410/410a/413/407C/R134a) or equivalent in various type of package/Central AC plant of various capacities complete all as specified and directed. Make : Mafron/Floron/Refron.

Servicing of electric control panel/compressure control pannel board of package AC 5 TR to 17.5 TR, control panel for AHU/CDW/CHW pumps by replacing burnt wire as exisiting at site with new of same specification alongwith new base to hold relays,contactor,NO,NC and any other fixtures which is deemed to fix in the control panel for its proper operation of AC system, with clipping and socketing and dressing properly complete including replacement of the unserviceable spares.

S&F in repair electronic timer 3-30 sec ,5 A,24 volt AC complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of single phase preventer 230V AC complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair power contactor model no. MNX-12 4 pole 10 Amps for AC circuit with AC Coils voltage 220 Volt , Make L&T or or equivalent make as per Appx 'A'

Labour to Attaining breakdown of package AC plants of 5.5/8.75/11.0/16.5/26 TR capacity and repair to breakdown and all parts and items of control panels , PCB, and accessories to keeping in perfect working condition all as specified and directed by Engr-in -charge.
