Repair and maintenance work of the link road Ghazipur Chochakpur road from Dhuranpur market via narrow to Bindpurwa Talwal pitch road.

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be the form of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 meter (20”) in depth and earth work in enbankment to be in 20cm (8") layers, including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5m (5”) lift and 30m (100’) lead. The earth form cutting to be used in making embankent or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30m (100') distance as directed by the E/I.

WBM Grading-3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes (22.4-53 mm) obtained from approved querry of water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming type 'B' screening materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required denstity grading-3 as per Technical specification clause.4.7/405(3)

PRIME COAT Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on Prepared Surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm. Using mechanical means (MORD 502)

TACK COAT Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using pressure distributer @0.30 Kg/sqm. On the prepared bitumenuos/granular surface end with mechanical broom (MORT&H 530)

Premix Carpet Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with 3 wheel 80-100 kn static roller capacity finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat of either type C as per technical specification

Seal Coat Providing and laying seal coat sealling the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C per Technical specification Clause 510

Brick Edging Brick edging on both side of road with first class brick 8cm (3") wide 12cm (4.50") deep laid with mud mortar including all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.

RCC Hume Pipes RCC Hume Pipes NP-3 inculidng collars/ spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 find sand) including testing of joints. :350mm

Excavation in Foundation Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift up to 1.5m and lead up to 30m. and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth ad directed by the Engineer in charge up to a distance of 30m. from the foundation trenches including all T&P phowarah and basket etc. complete.

PCC Concrete with 4cm. gauge approved stone ballast,approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion for the work.

Supply and fixing of sign board, etc.

Plaster work 12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar consisting of 1 part cement and 6 part of approved coarse sand

Polythene sheet Supply and laying og 125 micron polythene sheet under the foundation over subbase to act as sepration between subbase and concrete slab (for C.C. road slab) including supply of all materils,labour T&P required for proper completion of work

C.C. road Laying C.C. road slab consisting of 1:1.5:3 cement, coarse sand and approved gauge stone ballast over prepared sub grade after its rectification & bringing it to camber and including supply of all materials ,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work ,finished to required template as directed by engineer in charge

Supply and fixing of 6 mm thick A.C. shhet plain for joint all completion work

Maintainance charges including @ earth work repair of painted surface , earth work in patri culverts, road furniture etc as direction of E/I for the period of 5 years from the actual completion of work @ 7.5%
