CONSTRUCTION OF VOCATIONAL LAB IN KV OF MURADNAGAR UNDER GE (SOUTH) MEERUT CANTT

Surface excavation n.exc. 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) to a distance not exc. 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Treating the top surface of filled earth with ATT at the rate of 5.0 litres of emulsion per square metre of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200m thick flat fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto, all as per item No 16 above, but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders

M & L RCC M-25 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Columns, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 15 mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces,in CM(1:4) surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 5 mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 on ceiling surfaces, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M/L 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone agg) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non Skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm and 3mm thick wall care putty over new surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 40mm thick average thickness of PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in padding or roof finished even and finished surface without using extra cement, Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20MM thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on roof surfaces with liquid water proofing compound, as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and dirtected.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

Material & labour for cleaning of plastered /concrete surfaces and applying priming coat using bituminous primer @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm. followed by evenly a tack coat @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm. using with 85/25 grade bitumen, over laid with 3mm thick APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane with non woven polyester reinforced of weight not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm. unrolled and bonded to substance with side and end laps 75mm and 100mm as per manufacturer’s instructions and finished top of APP water proofing polymeric membrane with a coat of hot blown industrial bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and finally finished with a coat of bituminous aluminius paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pcc 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggragate as in bed bricks, coping etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating making grovves for fixing of man hole cover including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement (forming channel shall be measured and paid for separately).

Supply & fixing LT cable any size and Supply, laying commissioning, testing of XLPE under ground LT cable 1100 volts grade of size 25 Sqmm 3.5 core armoured, PVC sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty laid in tranchies, fixing on wall, under road crossing through protection pipe etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply / laying and fixing 40mm bore galvanised steel tubes with all fittings, light grade, laid in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.
