Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced), of any description & in any position (below or above ground level), not exceeding 15cm thickness, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick Cement concrete type B0 (1:2:4) using 12.50 mm well graded stone aggregate in sub base of flooring/ hard standing /footpath, complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6), complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete type D2, (1:4:8) using 40 mm well graded stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring, complete, all as specified and directed

M & L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25 mm/30cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick, Set jointed and pointed neat cement slurry with grey cement & pigment laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in Cement Mortar (1:6) as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates, laid in 1:20 slope as in plinth protection including making joints at 3.00 metre intervals and at each corner, the joint shall be filled with mastic filling (to full depth) comprising of one part heated hot blown bitumen 85/ 25 & two parts heated sand (by volume), surface finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified. Note: The concrete shall be laid at a stretch not exceeding 3 metre in length and width of joint shall not be more than 12 mm, complete, all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone /boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but including ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete, all as specified and directed.

M &L for pre-cast cement concrete, type C1 (1:3:6) using 20mm well graded stone aggregate, as in block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:4), complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm well graded stone aggregate as in coping, parapaet, thrust block and other similar items, complete, all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plastering at any description on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debries and depositing where directed, complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement plaster 1:4 using WPC 3% by weight of cement (WPC to be measured and paid separately) and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:4) on on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparing newly plastered or previously untreated walls surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of alkali resistant primer, complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of chalk whiting as a preparatory to distempering complete all as specified and directed.

Rotational moulded polyethylene (HDPE) water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top), 1000 litres capacity ‘triple layered’, hoisted and fixed in position including inlet, outlet and drain pipe with plug, 20 mm dia ,ball valves high pressure of PTMT (Minimum weight 210gms) with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe 20mm dia bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20mm bore steel water tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removing to store, complete, all as specified and directed.

S & F 20 mm bore Galvanized Steel tubes, medium grade for flush pipes, water supply pipes etc., fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete, all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 27 here in before but except pipe or G I tubing (serviceable pipes/GI tubing as obtained from Srl item No 26 shall be used, the rate includes for cleaning of pipes also), complete, all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 20 mm bore fancy type Stop valves, brass, chromimum plated screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions, complete, all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel water tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removing to store, complete, all as specified and directed.

S & F 15 mm bore Galvanized Steel tubes, medium grade for flush pipes, water supply pipes etc., fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete, all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 15 mm bore Fancy type Chromium plated bib taps, cast copper alloy, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule, complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, brass CP mixer 15mm bore for mixing hot and cold water screwed down for iron pipe for WHB, includng connecting to WBH and making good the disturbed surfaces, as in repairs, complete all as specifioed and dierected.

S&F PVC Connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm, complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing , in repair ,first quality , water closet (squatt pattern) including foot rest , vitreous china (white) ,first quality water closet, Orissa pattern size 580x440mm with integral foot rests, including 100mm cast iron 'P' or 'S' trap and 100mm cast iron sanitary connection socket to fit WC outlet , complete including fixing of flush pipe with seat and making good the disturbed floor surfaces to match with existing and making connections serviceable, complete, all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 10 litres capacity PVC valveless, syphonic action type flushing cistern, low level , white, with inlet ball valve, float and handle including brackets and flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density or PVC 32 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Vitreous China bowl urinal flat back size 465x355x265mm white with grating and union for discharge pipe complete incl fixing plug, bedding, urinal againt wall in CM 1:2 securing urinal to plug' pointing around back in cement with bracket flush pipe grating and union for diacharge pipe etc, complete,all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS with using 1.5 Sqmm multistranded,1100 volt grade copper conductor cable of PVC insulated and unsheathed type alongwith 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable for continuous earthing in & incl PVC casing & capping with accessories having ISI mark fixed on wall surfaces / ceiling including provision of 2 mm thick sheet metal terminal box with 3 mm thick hylam laminated sheet on top for fixing switches sockets etc. all as specified for one light point/ fan Bell point controlled by one switch, complete, all as specified and directed.

S&F for lamp holder, PVC/ Polycarbonate type with back plate suitable of batten fittings, complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of MCBs Distribution board , sheet metal enclosure, SPN 240 Volts , 04 ways with 200 amps rated bus bar , double door for MCBs, ,with IP 43 protection ,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, in replacement of MCBs , SPN , 240 Volts , 32 Amps , B curve , 10 kA , complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of MCBs, SP, 6 Amps to 32 Amps, 240 Volts , 10 KA, B curve, complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 meter apart including 4mm suspension wire one twin core cable flat or circular of size 16 Sqmm, complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron wire of 4.0 mm dia earth continuity coductor by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-I 2009, connected to main switch board all as specified and including testing on completion. Necessary excavation, earthwork, PCC works and CI earth pit cover with watering pipe 20 mm dia GI Pipe medium grade, funnel with wire mesh and lugs GI Pipe of 15 mm dia of light grade upto 7.5M for protection of earth wire, complete, all as specified and directed.
