Reconditioning of the installation alarm valve 150 mm dia including dismanlting & removing from the existing location,overhauling checking, servicing, greasing anf re-fixing the same after effecting necessary repairr/replacement of internal defective parts etc as required i/c re-installation testing & commissioning etc complete as required.
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of mechanical seal for the following mentioned model pump set complete with associated work as per site location. a) Model no.:- DSM 100-36 / DSM 5B.
b) Model no.:- DSM 65-32 / DSM 40-26.
Providing laying, testing & commissioning of 'C' class G.I pipe conforming to IS 1239 / 3589 i/c fittings like elbows, pipe union, tees, tapers, nuts bolts, gaskets etc. on the wall / ceiling/ direct in ground including excavation,sand cushioning,protective covering and refilling the trench wherever required including saddling/clamping & painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade complete as required. b) 65 mm dia.
Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of the following sizes of cast iron sluice valves of PN 1.6 rating flanged at both ends with non rising spindle, bronze seat complete with rubber insertion, nuts, bolts and washers etc. as required. a) 150mm dia.
Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of Pressure gauge (0-150 PSI) complete as required as per site location.
Providing & fixing pressure switch in the MS pipe line including connection inter connection etc as required.
