Replacement of below mentioned electrical/mechanical spares/components (suitable for existing 13 passenger lift M/s Thyssenkrupp make) in the existing lift shaft/car/machine room including dismantling the faulty/wornout components, testing etc as required a) Pod Door contacts Male and Female
b) Limit Switches
c) Pod Door Hook Assembly
d) Pod door slipper
e) Shoe liner for Car /Counter
f) Display panel with glass for Landings
g) Door Block bush

Repairs to existing ARD (APC2200) including replacement of batteries (4 nos 12V sealed maintenance free), checking the connections, testing the safety provisions, etc as required
Carrying out complete guide alignment and riding work for the lift including testing, commissioning etc as required
Servicing of existing main rope including cleaning with suitable agent, lubrication including consumables, marking etc as required
LIFT 2 (M/s Thyssen make CANTEEN SIDE) Replacement of below mentioned electrical/mechanical spares/components (suitable for existing 13 passenger lift M/s Thyssenkrupp make) in the existing lift shaft/car/machine room including dismantling the faulty/wornout components, testing etc as required a) Pod Door contacts Male and Female

CMC OF 2 NOS LIFTS (M/s THYSSENKRUPP Make) Comprehensive and preventive maintenance of 2 Nos. 13 Passengers lifts (1 No. lift Ground + 6 floors and 1 No. lift Basement + Ground + 6 floors) and attending complaints for the developed fault in the lift (within reasonable time on intimation over phone / fax / entering in complaint register / E-Mail) including identifying of fault, replacement of all faulty spares, making the lift run in good working condition. Servicing of lift, identifying of fault, including replacement of spares. Servicing to be done minimum once in a calendar month.
