Taking down Old unsv Transformer & deposited to MES stored yard back and Supply & fixing , Testing & commissioning of Transformer 250 KVA ,22000V/433V , 3 phase,50C/s oil Immersed,naturally cooled outdoor type transformer having no load voltage ratio 22000/433V ,Vector group Dyn 11 with 2½±5±7½% in step of 2.5% tapping as under taken out on the HT side and connected to externaly hand operated 22 KV OFF circuit tap changing switch, HT winding connected in delta and LT winding conected in star and neutral brought out and connected to a seprate terminal for earthing with outdoor open porcelain bushing on HV side and cable box on LV side with the temperature rise not exceeding 40 ﮿c by thermometre in oil and 45 ﮿ c by resistance and ambient temperature 45 ﮿ c with first filing of oil with following(Copper double wound) complete with all conections as specified and as directed by engineer in charge. Note :- The Under Mentioned Fitting and Acessories are required to Meet the Complete Requirement as Per IS-1180, Z% - 4.5 (a) 22 KV Externally hand operated OFF cuircuit Tap changing switch with locking device. (b) Conservator tank with oil gauge Glass, Oil filling hole with plug, drain plug and filling cap. (c) Silica gel dehydrating breather charged with silica gel. (d) Oil level gauge. (e) Oil filter valve. (f) Oil drain valve. (g) Thermometre pocket. (h) Diagram and rating plate. (j) Two earthing arrangement. (k) Lifting lugs, Top Cover Lugs. M&L for earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 600x 600x 3.15 mm buried directly in ground with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal gound level and connected to earth test point by means of copper Strip of size 20x3 mm all as specified and shown in electric plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I 2009 including earthwork, PCC chamber, CI cover, protection and watering pipe, funnel, mesh etc all as required at site and all as directed. Note: (i) 7.5 RM Copper strip in deemed to be included in quoted rates beyond 7.5 RM strip shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Earth resistance of earth pit should be less than 0.5 Ohms. On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost. (iii) Rate quoted by the tenderer is deemed to include salt & Charcoal upto & above 450 mm top of Copper plate complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.
