Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of LT Outdoor Type Main Feeder Pillar made out of 3mm thick CRCA Sheet Steel for outer Shell (width not less than 450 mm) and 2mm thick CRCA Sheet for inner partition, dust tight, vermin proof, totally enclosed, cubicle type, floor mounting, free standing suitable for operation at 433 V, 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 50 Hz, AC System with One Set of 400 Amps Al. Fabrication and Supply of tubular swaged pole consisting of one section with 5.4 mm thick & 114.3 mm outer dia MS pole for 1 Mtr length with door and lock provision, providing and fixing 1 No. 5-32 Amps 'C' Series DP MCB and 63A 4 way connector inside the door, 16mm thick base plate of dimension 250mm x 250mm, 4 Nos of 12mm dia 500 mm long GI foundation bolts and nuts, Bottom Section welded with Top section of tubular swaged pole of 4.85 mm thick & 88.9 mm outer dia for length upto 1.0 Mtr welded with MS C channel of suitable size for mounting LED fixture, providing mounting arragement for LED fixture and painted with one coat of zinc chromate primer and two coats of polyurethane paint of approved colour complete as required

ITC of 2m height tubular swaged pole with base plate after providing RCC foundation of size 500 mm x 500 mm & 450 mm depth below ground level and 300 mm height above ground level with cement concrete ratio 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) after PCC base of size 600 mm x 600 mm & 150 mm depth with cement concrete ratio 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including excavation, shuttering, positioning template and fixing foundation bolts and nuts as supplied i/c securing with holding clamps, providing and fixing 2 Nos. of PE 63 PN 6 40mm OD HDPE Pipe of required length in foundation for loop in loop out cable, refilling, levelling surface, installation of LED light fixture, supply and laying of copper cable of size 3 x 1.5 mm2 of required length from MCB to LED light fixture mounted at the top including the numbering of poles using sticker etc. complete as required and as per instructions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and Installation of Thermo plastic polycarbonate Junction box complying IP54 protection of minimum size 680mm x 1035mm x 400mm with 4 Nos 50mm x 10mm copper bus bar to terminate 3.5 x 400 mm2 Aluminium conductor cable with suitable gland and mounting frame mounted on pedestal complete etc. at a minimum height of 1m above ground level on 2 Nos of MS L angle for both vertical support and flat wall mount support of size 60mm x 60mm x 6mm on a concrete pedestal of size 300mm x 300mm x 600mm (Depth) with CC ratio of 1:2:4 etc. as required.

Supply and laying of 150 mm dia 'B' Class GI Pipe in concrete/bitumen for cable crossing/laying by cutting the bitumen/concrete of suitable size to a depth of minimum 200mm for laying the pipe, threading, cutting, jointing of pipe & filling the gaps with bitumen mix/concrete and making good the surface matching with original finish etc. as required and as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and laying of HDPE pipe of 125 mm OD ISI marked of PE 80 PN6 grade conforming to IS 4984 along with all accessories like socket, bend etc. complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground at a depth of 0.80 m below the ground level i/c excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. as required.

Supplying and laying of HDPE pipe of 110 mm OD ISI marked of PE 80 PN6 grade conforming to IS 4984 along with all accessories like socket, bend etc. complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground at a depth of 0.80 m below the ground level i/c excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. as required.

Supplying and laying of HDPE pipe of 63 mm OD ISI marked of PE 80 PN6 grade conforming to IS 4984 along with all accessories like socket, bend etc. complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground at a depth of 0.80m below the ground level i/c excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm x 5 mm GI strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess or ground for loop earthing along with existing cable as required.

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) of size 60 cm x 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm x 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10 cm including inscription duly engraved as required.

Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) to make platform around the installed perimeter poles including excavation to required depth, plastering, finishing etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge as required.

Carrying out site survey of perimeter lighting system regarding the routes of main feeder, sub feeder and loop-in loop out cables from various power houses / main feeder pillars / sub feeder pillars for distribution of power supply, location of all main feeder pillars, sub feeder pillars and perimeter light poles with Profile level and WGS Coordinates (i.e. Longitude and Latitude), submission of complete layout showing all such installations in hard copy and soft copy (Autocad, PDF and KML file) etc. complete as required.

SITC of 18W LED, (4 ft.) with LED lamp & batten for LED tube made of extruded aluminium / poly carbonate housing with integrated electronic driver suitable for operation on 220V, 50 Hz AC supply etc. with minimum 5 years OEM warranty as required.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size M.S./ PVC box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required. (GROUP C)

Supplying and fixing DP sheet steel enclosure confirming to IP 20 and IK 08 on surface/ recess along with 16 amps 240 volts “C” curve DP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Wiring for circuit/submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/recessed PVC conduit as required. 2 x 2.5 sq.mm + 1 x 2.5 sq.mm earth wire

Supplying and fixing PVC box suitable for fixing 2 sets of piano type 5/6 A switch and socket on surface or in recess etc. as required.

Hire charges for providing one vehicle with driver (4 wheel, AC Bolero or equivalent) for attending the project execution and supervision of Perimeter Lighting system complete with required fuel, oil, insurance, road tax etc. in good condition on all days including Sundarys, Holidays and National Holidays complete as required.
