Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of control panel made out of 14/16SWG MS sheet steel duly power coated paint outdoor type with incoming 3-phase / single-phase MCB of required capacity, suitable size of aluminium bus, push button with accessories for making the arrangement up and down for the lighting arrangement. The cost also including the electrical timer astra type connected through required capcity of the contactor and including the civil fondations for fixing of control panel and also providing the earthing station for control panel in GI to GI chemical electrode using 3mtr long x50mm electrode extended through GI strip 25x3mm upto control panel including earthing station using the GI to GI chemical earthing eletrode 3mtr long x 50mm dia with chemicals extended through GI strip 25x3mm 2no for each mast

Supply of high-quality integrated LED Street Light with system wattage of 200W (±3W). The luminaire shall have dusk to dawn feature (Auto switch on & off) basis longitude & latitude (Digital on-off control, No electromechanical components like relays or sensors will be allowed). The luminaire should have minimum system efficacy of 140 lumen/watt for the measured lumen output or system wattage. The LED used shall have CCT of 5700K, SDCM ≤5 and CRI≥70. The housing should be made of LM6/ADC12 Alloy, non-corrosive Single Piece pressure die-cast aluminum, to withstand extreme environments. The spigot shall be part of “Single Piece Pressure Die-cast housing” & shall not be bolted/welded/mechanically joined to the luminaire housing to ensure robust design. The luminaire shall have Integrated IP66 polycarbonate front cover/lens. The name of the brand should be embossed/engraved & should not be mentioned using sticker/screen printing. The luminaire LED shall have declared Lifetime of 75K hours@L70. Product should be designed for continuous operation (10-12 Hrs. per day). The Ingress protection should be minimum IP66 & impact resistance shall be IK10. The Luminaire should have a minimum 10 KV/5KA SPD duly bolted in the Luminaire. The SPD should be able to sustain a minimum 15 hits of 5KA rating i.e. Total of 45 hits across all the three modes as per IEEE 62.41.2. The luminaire should be of Class B Serviceability. The Driver should be asphalt potted & should be a BIS approved driver. The driver shall be replaceable. The driver shall have operating voltage of 120V to 270V, PF≥0.95 @full load, THD ≤10% @ full load, In-built surge protection of 4KV. The driver should be capable of withstand voltage stress of 440V for 8 Hrs., should have an auto shutdown/cut-off at less than ≤ 100V (±15V) with Auto-Restart at 110V (±15V) & 325V(±15V) with auto recovery feature. The driver shall comply to IEC61547 & IEC 61000-3-2. The luminaire shall be able to give Constant Light output (CLO) between voltage range of 140V to 277V. Luminaire manufacturer must have In-house NABL accredited lab to conduct LM79 as per 2019 standard, Type test as per IS10322, "FAT" before dispatch as per IS 10322 & IK Test. The successful bidder must submit the NABL accreditation certificate for Luminaire manufacturer within 15 days of award of LOI. The LED Luminaire & it's driver both should be BIS registered. Successful bidder shall submit the following reports before supply of material for approval: LM79 as per 2019 standard issued by NABL accredited lab, LM80 issued by LED manufacturer, Type Test Certificate for luminaire as issued by NABL accredited lab, IK Test report for luminaire as issued by NABL accredited lab, BIS certificate for LED Luminaire & Driver. The luminaire shall be with 5 years replacement warranty during the DLP period.
