Make: Model No. ES-40 of Havells or equivalent in Khetan, Bajaj, crompton as approved by GE.

All as per item no. 1 here in before but of size 1400 mm sweep Energy Saving , Institutuinal, Model No. Velocity ES-50 ISI Marked of Havels or equivalent model in Khetan/Bajab/Crompton Greaves as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing exhaust fan 300 mm sweep suitable for single phase 230/240 V, 50 Hz, AC Supply , 1400RPM complete wtih louvre shutters including fixing/ grouting of frame in wall and including connecting three single core 1.5 sqmm copper conductor flexible cable from ceiling rose to exhaust fan. Make- Model No. Turbo Force SP of Havells or equivalent in Khetan, Bajaj, Usha, Crompton as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing pedestal fan 400 mm sweep suitable for single phase AC 230 / 240 V, 50 Hz, Supply complete. Make- Model No. Spring LED of Havells or equivalent in Khetan, Bajaj, Usha, Crompton as approved by GE.

Supply and fix Water heater storage type, electric,capacity 25 litres. BEE 5 star rated Make- Model No. GHWAMFSWH025 of Havells or equivalent in Bajaj, Crompton as approved by GE.

Supply and fix Water heater storage type, electric,capacity 50 litres.BEE 5 star rated Make- GHWAMESWH050 of Havells or equivalent in Bajaj, Crompton as approved by GE.

M&L for Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one double pole MCB of size 20 Amps complete all as specified & Directed by Engineer in Charge.

M/L for PVC connection 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm complete.

Cutting of hole in exhusting wall for opning for exhaust fan and making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges complet all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Point wiring with PVC insulated 1.5 sq mm multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn into and including concealed PVC conduit not less than 20mm (ISI marked) including all fitting and fixing accessories including sunk in cast iron/pressed steel terminal boxes duly painted with two coats of antirorrrosive paint outside and two coats of aluminium paint inside, 2.8mm thick hylam brand laminated white bakelite sheet cover for mounting of switches, sockets, fan regulators etc and PVC insulated 1.5 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor cable as earth wire and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. (a) One fan point controlled by one switch.

M/L for Switch piano flush type AC 230 volts 5 Amps single pole one way complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Make-Anchor or equivelent in Leader, legrand, Havells.

M/L for Ceiling rose surface bakelite 65 mm x50 mm three terminal AC 230 volts flush type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Make-Anchor or equivelent in Leader, legrand, Havells.

M/L for GI Tubes,of size 15 mm die medium grade, galvanised, with all fitting , for hanging of Ceilig fan complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.
