SPL REPAIR OF REPLACEMENT OF UNSERVICEABLE LT UNDERGROUND CABLE AND LT PANEL OF 118 (I) INF BDE CAMP AT NIMU MIL STN UNDER AGE (I) NIMU

Taking out old unsv underground cable of any size/make/ type etc from excavted tranches/ on pole passing through pipes etc from different locations complete all as specified and directed by the engr in charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 sq mm 3½ core complete all as specified and directed by the engr in charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by the engr in charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed by the engr in charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sq mm 2 core complete all as specified and directed by the engr in charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for taking out pipe line etc for repairs / laying cables etc and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Removal of excavated material [soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Material and labour for un reinforced pre cast concrete cable cover class LV type I, flat size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and directed by the engr in charge..

Sand cushioning to under ground cable complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part - I complete all as specified and directed by the engr in charge..

Excavation in trenches by cutting of Road crossing / PCC hard standing under boundary wall for laying of Pipe/Cable including making good the existing surface with same finish to match the original finish complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Supply and fix or laying in trenches/on wall/ poles/ structures as in repairs GI tubeing light grade for road crossing/ for cable protection / fixing of pigmi lights etc, of the folling size including necessary provision for cable entry if reqd in pigmi lights pole fixinf screws / clmp complete as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. (a) 80 mm dia

Supply and fix or laying in trenches/on wall/ poles/ structures as in repairs GI tubeing light grade for road crossing/ for cable protection / fixing of pigmi lights etc, of the folling size including necessary provision for cable entry if reqd in pigmi lights pole fixinf screws / clmp complete as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. (b) 50 mm dia

Dismantling old U/S Busbar chamber incl all outgoing and incoming connection and making good the disturbed area from site all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for Busbar chambers with 4 aluminium busbar strip of rating 400 Amp 6 way fixed fixed on iron angle of size 40mm x 40mm x 5mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Dismantling old U/S Lt Panel / feeder piller box incl all outgoing and incoming connection and making good the disturbed area from site all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply install, test and commission cubicle type CPRI approved LT feeder piller box mounted on pedestal factory made, totally enclosed, dust & vermin proof (protection class IP 54), (front opening) with propper locking arrangement made of MS angle iron frame size of 50mmx50mmx6mm and CRCA sheet of 3.15 mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. The panel shall be suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz 3 phase 4 wire system and shall be complete with internal wiring, thimbles glands and shall be complete all as specified as directed with the undermentioned accessories. The cost of the PCC pedestal & GI angle iron stand is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of above item. The panel will comprise of the following :- (a) Supply and fix 4 Pole MCCB 160 to 200 Amp, 50 Hz, 415V with rupturing capacity 35 Ka (Nos 01). (b) S&F 4 Pole MCCB 100 to 125 Amp, 50 Hz, 415 V with rupturing capacity 35 KA. (Nos 02). (c) S & F 4 Pole MCCB 63 to 100 Amp, 50 Hz, 415 V with rupturing capacity 35 KA. (Nos 03). (d) Digital Voltmetre 0-500 volts with VSS -01 set. (e) Digital Ammetre with CTs & ASS -01 Set. (f) LED Phase indicating lamp (R.Y.B) - 01 set. (g) Copper Bur bar TPN 630 Amp Rating - 01 set

M & L in repair for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size (600 x 600 x 6.3) mm thick buried directly into ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, surrounded on all sides by alternate layers of 150 mm thick charcoal and common salt, connected to MS galvanized earh strip of size 32 x 6 mm by means of lugs, bolts, nuts, washer, check nuts of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3, wire protected by dia 15 mm bore light grade GI Pipe laid in floor and fixed to wall with proper size of clamps and watering pipe of bore 20 mm dia GI light grade including wire mesh funnel, PCC, earth chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm grade stone aggreate including form work cement mortar including CI Pit cover with frame necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil including testing on completion for desired result all as specified.
