Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work

Painting of footpath with enamel paint of Berger in old surface, after applying priming coats as specified and directed by the department.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Removal of debries mixed from top floor of building to Ground Floor and carrying the same in a safe place at ALA campus as directed by the Department. (Cost of Truck carriage paid separately)

Hiring truck for Carrying Garbage from Dispur to GMC Dumping ground at Boragaon with 2 No.s of ordinary Labour

Providing Surface preparation with Mechanical Grinding including all materials as directed and specified by the department.

Providing Injection Grouting works (1 Nos per SQM) including all materials as directed and specified by the department.

Providing Application of PU based liquid waterproofing membrane over the prepared surface including all materials as directed and specified by the department.

Providing Cracks repair with Epoxy Putty including all materials as directed and specified by the department.

Providing Coving with corners with Polymer Modified mortar including all materials as directed and specified by the department.

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Providing toughened glass for roof, partition etc alongweith all materials as per design, specified and directed by the department.
