Removing / Dismantling of existing roof/chajja treatment of any type Brick tiles or terracing tiles, like plastic felt/HP tiles including existing plastering /concrete in covering of any thickness & cleaning the slabs with wire brushes complete including removal of debris to be disposed out side of MOD premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud in roofs any thickness complete all as specified and directed

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in levelling course over roof complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer of CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions (water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of RCC roof slab by removing dust, dirt & applying bituminous primer at 0.5 Kg per Sqm & providing minimum 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weight not less than 3 kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester mat weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm including min 10 cm side/over lap complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L hydraulically pressed plain cement concrete tile of size 20 Cm x 20 Cm x 20 / 22 mm thick machine pressed laid over & including cement mortar screed 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound and joined pointed in CM 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections of 25 mm bore dia of pipe including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old steel tubing and connections of 25 mm bore dia in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 25 mm bore dia of medium grade galvanised steel tubing with all fittings and fixed complete to wall or laid in floor complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in Cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick polymer modified plaster in CM (1:4) on fair face of brick or concrete surfaces of walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement and using SBR latex emulsion @ 4% by weight of cement all as specified. ( SBR latex shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only Styrene Butadiene Rubber latex emulsion.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Exterior Emulsion paint over one coat of primer and over & including one coat of wall care putty all as specified and directed.

Removing building demolished materials / old waste unwanted existing material of any description or any type etc on alternate day to a distance 5 km or beyond out side MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling water tanks and S & F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I of capacity 1000 Litres Including making connection for inlet & outlet as specified & directed .

S & F ball brass valves high pressure with polythene float & fly nut complete screwed for Iron pipe or brass ferrule of 25 mm dia and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110 mm dia U-PVC pipes 5 mm thick (6 kg/ cm2) pressure pipe single socketed in any length fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No. 1 to 31 :- (1) The work described in these items shall be executed in bldgs. up to (G+3 floor) hence the contractor shall make scaffolding arrangements, trestles, ladders etc. and hessian clothes for protection & all other safety precautions up to 04 storeys of buildings and the cost for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates. (2) Arrangement of any required machinery / tools required for removing debris from roof (3rd floor) to ground will be made by the contractor and the cost for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates.
