Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil

Excavating in post holes in hard/dense soil (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n exc 25cm

Excavating in post holes in soft disintegrated rock (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n exc 25cm

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc and getting out soft disintegrated rock.

M&L for Plain cement concrete type D- 2 (1:4:8) (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M& L for hardcore of gauge n.exc. 63 mm, deposited spread and levelled in layers n. exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface of broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour Cement concrete type C-2 (1:3:6) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations for post, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 100 mm thick Plain cement concrete type D2 (1:4:8) (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm thick plain cement concrete type B-1, (1:2:4) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors, finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for fly ash bricks masonry straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on concrete or brick surfaces in cement mortar (1:4 ) with water proofing compound, finishing even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note;- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only water proofing compound

M&L Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base painting on newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in hard dense soil compete all as specified and directed .

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

M&L for rolled mild steel in compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, etc. Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A, compete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rolled mild steel in Plates (plain or chequered) channels. Square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment compete all as specified and directed

M&L for Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates, Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A, compete all as specified and directed

M& L for Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat red oxide primer compete all as specified and directed

M& L for cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in coping etc including wheathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating as direacted including use and waste of necessary form work and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and driected.

Supply and fixing Pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated / trapezoidal profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws compete all as specified and directed
