Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres.

Excavation for trench of roadway in soil using manual means including loading in truck for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with all lifts and lead upto1000 metres.as per clause 301(3.1)

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5m ,spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300.2

Construction of subgrade with earthen soulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5m , transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300.2

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with grader in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects..

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing

CONSTRUCTION OF CULVERT Excavation in foundation in in black cotton soil requring the use of special tools and plant such as pickaxes / sabbals etc. including lift up to 1.5m and lead up to 30m (100 ft) and including filling. Watering and ramming of excavated earth in to the trenches or in to the space between the structure and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer– in–charge up to distance of 30.00 m (100 ft) from the foundation trenches as per MORT&H 301

Cement concrete with 4 cm. (1/2") gauge brick ballast, aproved fine sand, cement in the proprtion 8:4:1 including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work as per SI No.275

Cement concrete with 4 cm. (1/2") gauge approved granit stone ballast, aproved coarse sand, cement in the proprtion 8:4:1 including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work as per SI No.281

R.C.C. work cement approved coarse sand, and 2 Cm. (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors and windows, excluding supply of reinforeement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including neaessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work binding wire to be supplied by the contractor free of cost for: SI no 288.

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as in reinforced concrete / brick work (when not included in overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary I/C bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel, it's wastage and hooks and authorized over lapping shall be measured. SI no 504(b).

Class- 150 brick work in 1:3 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials labour and ltools and p;ants etc. required for proper completion of the work.SI no 305 (b).

Stuck pointing in 1:2 cement and fine sand mortar on brick work including supply of all materials, labour and T and P etc Requuired for proper completion of work as per S.I No. 574, Chapter 13

Providing and Fixing of reflective signs with corrosion resistent 4 mm thick aluminium composit pannal as per IRC 67-2010 rectro reflective sheeting with M.S. angle frame 35 X 3 board etc.MORTH 801.

Thermoplastic Repeted Bar marking is a softer treatment to reduce the speed. One set of bar marking (refer TM 08) comprises of 6 bars of 300 mm wide. Each strip of thermoplastic strip shall be of 5 mm high and shall be set applied across the full width of the carriageway. MORT&H 803

Providing and fixing of retro relectorised cautionary, mandatory and infrormatory sign as per IRC :67-212 made of high intersity grade sheeting vide cluse 801.3 friced over aluminium sheeting type-IV 1.5 mm thick supproted on a mild steel angle iron post 75mmx75mmx6 mm firmly fixed to the gournd by means of propertly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for 3 year outdoor weathering test in indian conditions as per IRC 37:2012 as per MORTH 801(8.4) (VIII)

Supply and fixing of reflective raised pavement marker with its body surface made of tough ASA or HIPS or ABS. The Marker series 290 or equivalent cat Eyes in size of not more than 130mm and height not exceeding 20mm made up of strong engineering polymer thermoplastic polyurenthane with electronic welded lenses for retro reflective dry and wet weather condition along with btuminious adhesive BT-69 (3M) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including cost of fixing and all taxes complete.

Providing and fixing of informatory sign board of MS Plates of 1.6mm thick size 1200 x 900 duly welded on angle iron frame 45x45x5 with cross legged flat iron of 35x6mm duly welded for gross support of vertical angle iron post of 3 meter height. Lower end of vertical support will be welded to 2 No 75x75mm of 12 SWG sheet duly embedded in cement concrete in M-15 grade blocks of 450x450x600mm, 600 below ground level. All MS will be stove enameled on both sides, Lettering and printing arrows, boarder etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and plates will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as er drawing clause-1701 and Annexure 1700.1

(C) Bridges and Culverts: (a) De-Silting, (b) Clearing vegetation growth (Jungle Clearance), (c) Damaged/distrubed boulder pitching, breast/toe wall retaining wall, apron flooring, guide bunds (Boulder Apron), (d) Parapet, any damage to foundations, (e) Any defects in sub-strucures, (f) Any defects in superstructures, raillings, parapets. (g) Wearing coat, (h) Approach slab, (i) Painting & Lettering of No. plates, repair. (D) Repair of Roadside Drains: (a) Brick Work in 1:4, (b) Plaster, (c) CC- 1:2:4. (E) Road Furniture: (a) Cleaning, Painting & lettering of stones & sign boards, Replacement of damaged/ missing stone & sign boards. (b) 200 m Stones, (c) Km stones, (d) 5th km stones. Maintenance requriment as per above and Mentioned in Special Condition of Contract for Maintenance. Payment of Maintenance work as Percentage of final Civil Construction Cost :
