Design, Manufacture, Supply, installation, Testing and commissioning of PLC panel of suitable dimention of requisite architecture coupled with RTU (IOT with GPRS Modem Connectivity or Radio Modem or LAN Connectivity through Ethernet topology) for fetching data from all allied field instruments, processing of data, generate suitable output command for controlling of all output devices along with transmission of data to State Cloud for diagnostic and trouble shooting of the workhouses stated below:-

Annual communication cost for devices including cost of new purchase of SIM card, rental fee as per direction of EIC. to be paid in advance for every year. (For three sites)
Comprehensive maintenance of entire SCADA System comprising fault finding, trouble shooting operation inclding replacement of the required field instruments within 48 hours of malfunctioning for a period of four years after expiry of one year of guarantee period as per entire satisfaction of EIC. Entrusted agency should maintain required experience Automation Engineer alongwith the minimum level of spares of all category of field and SCDA related instruments as inventory for attending the breakdown and rectification within 48 hours. This also includes all the Extended Guarantee period of all the software and hard ware elements.
Supervision of the above SCADA system by engaging skilled manpower preferably from the field of Instrumentation for smooth running of the entire water supply scheme including operation of master control centre, peripherials and generation and record keeping of historical and maintenance oriented data etc. as per direction of E.I.C.
