Supply , Installation, Testing and commissioning of switchable polymer dispersed liquid crystal film with self-adhesive technology on existing / new glass etc. complete as required as per site requirement . Switchable PDLC Film shall works under the effect of an electric current transparent on power ON and opaque on Power OFF. The consumption of the film shall not be more than 4w/ 1 sqm, working temperature range from -10 to 70 deg. C with Light Transmittance (ON Mode) > 89% and Light Transmittance (OFF Mode) 3%, OLT should be able to block UV radiation > 98 . Optical performance should have switch lifetime > 200000 (ON/OFF) and a lifetime of >90000 hours/10 years. The film should have a warranty of 5 years against any manufacturing defect. The PDLC film should be installed properly on existing window properly which cannot be remove from glass and also wire does not seen in window. The necessary arrangement for concealing the wire shall be got approved from EIC. The humming or any type of sound is not acceptable. The installation method should be as per SoP attached and approved by EIC before execution of work.
Supplying and laying on wall surface/cable tray/ pipe/trench with making end termination with connector and copper lugs (as per site requirements) for following size of stranded copper conductor armoured cable as per IS:7098 (Part1-1988 )and as per approved drawings, specifications of this tender and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
