Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position, not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Brick or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slabs tiles of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of PCC in ground floors and paving not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Excavating in trenches n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc n.exc. 10Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm of soft/loose soil.

Removing of excavated material or soil n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting point

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete

M& L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses all as specified and as directed.

M & L for forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with preformed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade `B’, Thickness of concrete slab in 100mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate of 50mm thick as in sub bases, sub floor, floors, paving complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2, using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement and pigment to match with and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulder of guage not exc 63 mm deposited, spread, and levelled in layers not exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L non skid ceramic designer Endura tiles of size 300 x 300 mm x10 mm thick, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) complete. Make : ENDURA of M/S Johnson Ltd or equivalent in other specified makes for floor tiles approved by Accepting Officer.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 - 2006 of 60 mm thickness,M-35 Grade including with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete FE -290 Gde E-165.

M&L Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using (20 mm graded aggregate) as in kerbs or mud stops,rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork rough finishes to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of coloumns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C1(1:3:6) (20mm graded aggregate) with solid block, exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wires (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or secured with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wires (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or secured with clips as in stirrups, spacer, and binder complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete wall/ ceiling etc. including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed
