M &L for preparation of steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwirse described and two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Concertina Coil 600 mm dia (at streatched position) made out of hot dipped galvanised steel wire coated with CLR and anti corrosive paint. Weight of each bundle is not less than 9.5 Kg and should have cover 6 RM of length and minimum rounds of circle is not less than 25 per 3 RM, fixed over barbed wire at point where coil touche the bottom of barbed wire with the help of hog rings (14 SWG) and in between 'Y' shape angle iron post complete all as specified and directed.
