DISMANTLING WORKS

Dismantling & removing the existing Reinforced Cement Concrete work etc., by using required mechinaries including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50m lead, labour charges, as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Dismantling, cutting, and removing existing stainless steel railings, including all necessary gas cutting, grinding, or mechanical cutting as required. The work shall be executed carefully to avoid damage to adjoining structures and ensure safety. The rate shall include labour, tools, machinery, loading, unloading, transportation, and disposal of dismantled materials as per site requirements and engineer’s direction.

Dismantling & removing the existing Plain Cement Concrete work etc., by using required mechinaries and disposal of unserviceable material within 50m lead, labour charges, as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Dismantling of Stainless Steel (SS) Bus Stop Structure Careful dismantling of the existing stainless steel (SS) bus stop structure using appropriate tools and machinery, including gas cutting for steel components, while ensuring minimal damage to reusable materials. Proper segregation and stacking of salvaged structural elements, handing over usable parts and materials to the concerned agencies, and disposal of unserviceable materials within a 50-meter lead. All work shall be executed with necessary safety precautions and in compliance with the directions of the Engineer in Charge.

Carting away surplus excavated earth available with in the campus is to be carted to a lead of within 10 KM from site. The rate shall include loading into the tipper/ lorry transporting and unloading, leveling and the earth scooped by bulldozers grading etc.,complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Departmental Officers. Rate to include materials, loading, unloading, transportation, plant and machinery, hire and fuel charges for tools and plants and other incidental charges, royalties, seignorage and taking statutory approvals as necessary to carry out the work as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

CIVIL WORKS

Earth Work Excavation and deposting on banks with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, shales, muram, gravel, stony earth and earth mixed with small boulders etc., as per SS 20B excluding hard rock requiring blasting etc., complete in all respects complying with relevent standard specifications and as directed by departmental officers.

Supplying and filling with M-Sand well watered rammed, and consolidated complying with relevant standard specifications etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and Laying PCC 1:4:8 (1 of Cement, 4 of M-Sand and 8 of graded metal) using 40mm metal including cost and conveyance of all materials mixing, laying, compacting, curing etc., complete and as directed by the dept. officers.

Supplying and Erecting Centering for Sides and Soffits including necessary supports and strutting up to 3.29 M height for plane surface as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply of flooring with best quality approved 18mm thick Flamed Steel Grannite Slab for Bus Stop Flooring of Size approximately 4' x 2' machine cut and set in Cement Mortar 1:3 - 20mm thk topped with white cement slurry for durface contact of the vottom granite slab as per approved pattern. Rate includes Granite Slabs, Loading and Transportation as per quotation. ROAD WORKS

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead complete as per relevant MORT&H specification Clause 501

Clearing Light Jungle

Formation of Sub grade with carted earth from the approved source as directed by the departmental officers with not less than CBR 6 % including the cost and conveyance of earth to site , spreading the Earth Uniformly in layers of not exceeding 250 mm thick as directed by departmental officers including the compaction each layers to the required density in accordance with IS 2720 part VII at 95 % proctor density for embankment and shoulders keeping the moisture content of earth at the time of compaction within the range of 1% above and 2.5 below the OMC determined and plasticity index value of not more than 20 and liquid limit value not greater than 40 in accordance with IS2720 using required capacity rollers in order to achieve the required density in layers including watering with all leads for water and finishing the surface to line and grades , sections as directed by the departmental officers and including hire charges and running charges for rollers and all other tools and plants employed for the work and all labour charges widening the embankment including the compacting the original ground with the power rollers etc complete as per clause 304 MORT&H specification Rev.5 for Service Road .

Construction of Granular sub-base of 125mm compacted thickness ( Drainage Layer botom most) by providing laying, spreading and compacting of Open graded Material conforming to Grading III of Table 400-1 of MORTH clause 401 ,mixing in a Wet Mix Plant of 200 tonne capacity at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller 8-10 tonne to achieve the desired density of 98% including protection of edges of GSB layer, cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading, all lead and lift etc., to achieve minimum CBR value of 30%(Compacted Thickness) in accordance with MORT&H technical specification clause No. 401 and with all other incidental charges and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge of work.

Expansion Joint filling with Polysulphide sealant upto 10mm width - Horizontal Providing and laying with two-part elastomeric fuel resistance, UV resistant, Non-toxic once cured, resistant to flame, pouring grade liquid polysulphide sealant to fill the expansion joint, Control joints in parking area, construction joint in airport runway, Tanks, bridges & concrete roads. The sealant shall have Elongation min. 450% confirms to ASTM D 412, movement accommodation for butt joint 25% & for lap joints 50%. The sealant should meets the requirement of BS 5212, BS 4254 & ISO:11600. Ensure that apply a coat of polysulphide sealant primer @0.5L/m2 to get better adhesion on prepared surface before placing the sealant. The finished cost including surface preparation, filling foam backer rod, applying masking tape on both sides of the joint & polysulphide sealant filling on gap completely as per specification.

5-Layer Acrylic Synthetic Surface Finish for Cycle Track Providing and laying a 5-layer acrylic synthetic Surface Finish using imported ITF-certified material, ensuring a durable, skid-resistant, and weatherproof surface for cycle tracks. The system shall include a primer layer, resurfacing, resurfacing with silica, color layer, and final color with game line marking, applied as per manufacturer’s specifications. The finished surface shall be smooth, uniform, and free from defects to provide optimal performance. The work is to be completed in accordance with relevant standards and approved technical specifications.

Filling in the Median and Island with Soil Taken from Borrow Areas (Construction of median and Island above road level with approved material brought from borrow pits, spread, sloped and compacted as per clause 407)

Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound Providing and laying hot-applied thermoplastic compound of 2.5 mm thickness, including reflectorizing glass beads at a rate of 250 grams per square meter of area. The thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface-applied glass beads. The finished surface must be level, uniform, and free from streaks and holes. The work is to be completed in accordance with IRC:35 and as per MORTH Specification No. 803.

Providing and fixing reflective road studs of ‘category A’ Raised pavement markers made out of polycarbonate / methyl methercrylate/ABS moulded body confirming to ASTM D 788 and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORTH circular No RW / NH. 33023/10/ 97-DO. III dt 11.06.97. The height, width and length shall not be less than 15 mm, 90 mm and 100 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sq.cm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in Table 2 of said MORTH circular. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2mm and height not less than 30+/- 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer’s recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280 and confirming to IRC 35 - 2015 guidelines and MoRT&H specification 804 etc., complete

Supplying And Fixing of Rubber Moulded Grey Premium Concrete Kerb of Size 450X125X300mm Using M30 Concrete. The Concrete Shall Be Moulded By Table Mount Vibrated With Polypropylene Fibers At 5% And Curing Compound. The Rate Shall Include Cost of Materials Transportation Loading Unloading Charges And All Taxes Including Necessary Earth Work Pointing With cm. 1:3 To Full Depth Curing Thread Lining Etc Complete .

Providing guildeline road marking kerb painting (special acrylic medium pigmented ) involving cleaning the surface free of dirt and loose particles applying one coat of primer and applying one layer of 20 to 25 microns. Rate shall include cost for all materials & labour components etc., as complete all respects complying with relevant IRC specifications, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying to required line and grade as per the drawing interlocking cement concrete blocks of M 30 grade 83 mm thick laid over the sand cushion . The size and the shape of the concrete blocks had to be approved before sourcing / manufacturing the same. The gaps between the two blocks shal be filled with relatively finer sand than the bedding sand of gradation as per Table 2 . The paver blocks shall be compacted using a light tandem roller or plate compactor till the required grade and line is achieved. The rate shall include laying of the bedding sand levelling , laying of paver blocks , filling of the filling sand and compaction etc. complete and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Manhole Cover 60 x 60cm (Heavy Duty) with Frame

Providing subsurface drain hole (horizontal / inclined) in the slope with perforated PVC pipe (lined with Non Woven Geotextile) of 100 mm internal diameter by drilling and inserting the perforated PVC pipe as per the drawings etc., complete.( for Soil Nailing)

Supplying and fixing of saucer drain of specified dimensions 600mmx300mmx100mm using cement concrete (M-15/M-20), on GSB Bed as per approved drawings and technical specifications, complete in all respects.
