Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in each layers complete all as directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as directed.

Material and labour for dry, clean un washed sand for cushioning to under ground cables in trenches complete all as specified in SSR and directed

Material and labour for bricks, old size, well burnt sub class B’ for protection to under ground cables laid flat across the cable adjoining each other, laid dry complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT under ground XLPE cable armoured conforming to IS-1554 laid in trenches/ducts/fixed on poles/walls /laid under roads/paths/ culverts/drain encased in GI pipe/fixed, heavy duty LT 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor complete as specified and directed at site of size 25 sqm 4 core. Note : GI Pipe shall be measured & Paid separately.

Supply and fixing tubes, light grade, galvanized iron with all fittings and laid in trenches under roads/drains fixed to poles/walls with FI clamp bolts, nuts and washers of 50MM dia nominal bore complete all as directed.

S/F prefabricated (with drilled holes etc) in position MS work in cross arms, channel/angle iron sections of various size and shape F.I clamps (Full ,half D and earth clamp etc) incl necessary bolts, nuts, washer etc and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified and shown on drawings and directed

Supply and fix LED flood light fitting powder coated pressure die cast aluminium high power LED flood light with heat resistant toughened glass with lens incl suitable size & capacity driver of capaicty 100 Watt including 2.5 sqmm copper conductor cable multi strandard two runs for connection from busbar chamber to light fitting etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Make - CROM PTON LFLN 100 - CDL / 60 OR WIPRO CAT NO. LF20-122-060-57-G2 OR PHILIPS MODEL AS APPROVED BY GE.

M&L for bus bar chamber comprising of three phase and neutral bus bar and one No. 6 Amp SP MCB on DIN rail of size 30cmx20cm complete fitted on pole with one No. 25x3 MS, flat including nuts and bolts all as directed.

Material and Labour for Sub main wiring , PVC insulated,ISI marked, unsheathed, 1100 volts grade multistranded copper conductor cable drawn into existing pvc/steel conduit with including one single core pvc insulated multistranded unsheathed 1100 volts grade copper conductor cable as earth wire of the size 2x2.5 sqmm + 1x1.5 sqmm earth wire, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F modular concealed/surface MS box with suitable size MS cover and frame of 3 module for switch socket 5/16 amps etc complete all as specified and directed.Make Legrand ABB/Siemens/Schneider as approved by GE

Supply & Fixing Epoxy powder coated or polystrene insulated material sheet metal enclosure factory made (double door) 8 way SPN suitable for MCB DB's 240 Volts with 200 Amps rated busbar, neutral & earthing link bar, flush/surface mounting type complete all as specified and directed. Make Legrand Cat part No 507641 or equivalent in ABB/Siemens/Schneider as approved by GE

Supply & Fixing MCB single pole and neutral ISI marked `C' series working on 240 volts 50HZ AC supply for incoming & out going controlling system of capaicty 40-63 Amps 10 KA breaking capacity complete all as specified and directed. Supply & Fixing MCB single pole ISI marked `C' series working on 240 Volts 50 HZ AC supply for incoming and out going controlling circuit of capacity 6-32 Amp breaking capacity 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.
