MS Electrolyte Tank floor mounting, free standing Type, dust & vermin proof construction. It will be provided with 3mm thick. MS (Zinc plated) Fixed & moving Electrodes having movement of Electrodes in radially Upward/Downward, Mechanism Box/Cable Box having Reduction gear, pilot motor and other accessories for motorised operation. Control box having Power contactor, overload relay, Indicating lamps, push buttons, Auto/ manual switch & necessary back –up protection etc. It will have Mechanical shorting arrangement to short circuit the resistance when motor attains full speed. It will have Interlocking arrangement /circuit for yours’s /Department Stator Control Panel, so that, main motor cannot be started unless resistance is in fully-In- Position. It will be providing suitable rating Air Break shorting contactor of TC/C&S/L&T/TC-Activa make (In delta connected) to suit the rotor current of motor. It will be having provision for manual operation also. (Mechanical Fixed & Moving shorting arrangement extra in this LRS).
