Testing of 11 KV CTs (3 Nos. of Current Rating each up to 400 Amps) associated with Relays (OC/EF/Master) provided in various HV Panels, Tesing of Polarity, Ratio, Insulation values, Testing of Ammeter connected in the Panel, Marking of available CT Ratio, Checking of Trip Circuit and Breaker Operation/ Tripping etc., as required, conforming to IS 9124 - 1979 by Primary Injection Test (Testing at 50% and 100% Rating) as required.

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract of Active Harmonic Filters of capacity 150A (4 Nos.) including all spares, consumables, manpower required for trouble shooting, arrangement of all tools & plants, routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance etc. as required as per good Engineering practice for maintaining the system in operational and serviceable state.

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract of RO Water fountain with 01 Nos SS finish bubbler sensor type/ push button including all necessary spares and Consumables, Preventive maintenance, Breakdown maintenance, Emergency services etc.

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contract for Assa Abloy / dormakaba make automatic Sliding Doors installed in Multi level car parking Chennai International Airport, comprising of periodical, preventive, break down maintenance as per the OEM recommendations & AAI requirements to check serviceability & to carry out maintenance, attending breakdown calls as per scope of work enclosed to keep the automatic sliding door in perfect working condition at all time etc. as requried.

Rewinding of following fans as per original characteristics with super enamelled copper wire and `E' class insulation material, replacement of the worn out bearing etc., as required i/c dismantling, making arrangement for transportation to workshop and reinstallation of the same at site, making supply connection, providing and fixing of necessary nut & bolts etc. (To be carried out as & when required basis).

Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of HVAC Low side equipments at East & West MLCP comprising of AHUs, FCUs, CSUs, Exhaust and fresh air fans (both Centrifugal & Tube Axial fans), Toilet Inline Fans, Kitchen Exhaust fans, Staircase pressurization fans, Lift well Pressurization fans, Smoke Extract fans, Flow meters, BTU meters, Valves etc., and all its associated accessories such as Blower Fan units and drive motors, Cooling coils, Canvas, Air filters, all side & Door Panels, Electrical Power supply and Control panels, Starter panels i/c VFD, all type of power and control cabling and earth interconnection with starter panels, AHU coil sweat water drain system, condenser/ chilled water pipe lines, strainers, 2 way / 3 way valves with and without insulation, actuators, ducting system, VCDs, Fire dampers system etc., attending water leakage complaints in the pipe lines including carrying out preventive maintenance activities on Monthly/quarterly basis as per OEM recommendation and site requirement for ensuring 100% servicebaility / satisfactory working condition of system with all associated accessories as per inventory list attached as Annexure C2 and attending breakdown maintenance including supply & replacement of all defective components with same rating and make etc. as per Technical Specification and Special Conditions of Contract as required.

Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of HVAC High side equipments installed at East & West MLCP comprising of Condenser & Chilled Water Pumps and its associated pipelines & accessories, Cooling Towers i/c fills, sprinklers/nozzles, cooling fans and associated inlet and outlet water pipelines and accessories /installations such as valves with and without insulation, actuators, gauges, sensors, strainers, bellows, flow meters, air separators, pressure vessels, electrical power supply distribution panels, Starter Panels and Control panels i/c VFDs, all type of power and control cables interconnected with distribution panels and HVAC equipments, earthing system including attending all kind of breakdown maintanance to ensure 100% serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the systems as per inventory list attached in Annexure C3 and carrying out preventive maintenance activities as per OEM recommendation including replacement of defective components with same rating and make etc.as per Technical Specification and Special Conditions of Contract as required.
