CONSULTANCY FOR PLANNING, DESIGINING AND ESTIMATION OF STORM WATER DRAINS AND GROUND WATER RECHARGE SYSTEM AT GE AF STN UTARLAI

Planning, designing and estimation the cross section of drain, culvert, to drain off rain water collected during flood/rainfall based on rainfall study carried out by CWPRS (2006 report as attached). Contour plan and already existing drainage system plan held in the record of GE (AF) Utarlai and prepare the drainage system for the total catchment area as under:- (a) Technical Area - 8436976.00 Sqm (b) Domestic area (Dhiman & Joshi Enclave) – 118100.00 Sqm Designing of pump set (if required) to drain off the water from UG sump (in case of maximum rainfall) also needed to be submitted. Note:- (i) Consultant will visit the station and prepare the plan of existing drain/kaccha drain and then further submit the optimise plan to drain off flooded water in consultation with existing drain, New drain if required will also be submit by the consultant with cross section area and design based on various catchment area. Consultant will also submit complete DPR along with estimation of newly planned proposed drainage system and will also plan and design RCC UG sump for maximum capacity (if required). Contractor /Consultant will also responsible for further assistance required by this office or Higher HQ with respect to this work till the time of completion of whole of project. 08 sets of complete DPR is required to be submitted along with 01 set of drawing on tracing paper sheet and 08 set of drawing on normal paper and 01 set of DPR along with drawing in soft copy in DVD. In addition to this sum of 10% of quated amount will be kept reserve on account of liability period upto completion of project. (ii) The subject work falls under restricted area.
