Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fitting and fixture and such as as switches, sockets ceiling rose,pendent holders,regulators,light fittings any type removing materials to store in safe custody or for credite etc, and making good the disturbed surface of walls and floors etc as directed.

M&L for concealed point wiring with two single core PVC insulated & PVC unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm 1100 volts grade in and including making good the distrubed surfaces of wall with colour washing/ distemparing the surface to match the existing including new PVC concealed conduict of size 20 to 25 mm with all accessories and one single core PVC insulated & PVC unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm 1100 Volts grade as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly including of replacement of existing sunken terminal boxes with modular sunken terminal box 2mm thick of required size and modular white cover plate with all accessories complete all as specified and directed . Note :- 1. The Rate is inclusive cutting/chasing and making good disturbed surface with cement mortar 1:3 and same surface finishes with the adjoining surface of disturbed area . 2. At roof slab conduit wiring will be done through New PVC rigid surface conduit .

Note :- The Rate is inclusive cutting/chasing and making good disturbed surface with cement mortar 1:3 and same surface finishes with the adjoining surface of disturbed area .

Taking down of ceiling fan and keeping in safe custody and refixing with running condition after clanning of dust witout any extra cost etc complete all as specified and directed at site. (Note:- If the PCB of the fans is not working the same shall be mesured and paid under items No 56)

M&L for opening of hole through out the wall as suitable for exhaust fan of size 300mm sweep and fixing of nut-bolts with 4" anchor fastner of suitable size and making good the disturbed surface and all as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The quoted rates are inclusive for making hole opening civil work with MS fastner bolt of 8mm dia and 100mm (minimum) long for fixing of exhaust fan and MS fastner clamps strip 38 mm wide and 5mm thick (min) to hold exhaust fan.

S&F of metal body exhaust fan 300 mm sweep, 230 Volts with louver and copper wound including necessary electric connection with appropriate size of PVC copper wire from ceiling rose/switch board to exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down of Exhaust fan and keeping the same in safe custody for refixing complete with adjustment of louvers flap including all fixing item like fastner/bolt etc complete all as specified and and directed.( Note:- The item od full body including blade,single phase induction mortar and loures shall be mesured and paid under items No 57,58&59)

S&F in replacement decorative wall light mounting suitable for LED lamp 12 Watt including all connections complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement of LED bulk head in engineering plastic housing with clear prismatic diffuser, 10W WHITE including all accessories connecting up twin core flexible copper conductor cable complete all as specified & directed.

S&F of polycarbonate ceiling rose surface minimum size 65x50mm with two/ three terminals complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down of Geyser and descaling of geyser completely and keeping in safe custudy and refixing in running condition without any extra cost after clanning complete all as specified and directed.(Note:- (i) the old PVC connection replaced with new PVC connection under respective items)(ii) The thermostate and heating element shall be mesured and paid under item No 60,61&62.

Supply & fixing in replacement of water storage heater, 5 star, Glass lined enamel coated including heating element ,Digital temperature display, Feather touch buttons, Shock resistant injection moulded ABS body, IPX4 waterproof technology, Tank design is suitable to withstand 8 bar pressure (Geyser) of capacity 25 litre, , AC, electric, 230 volt, complete , 3 core lead, Plug top, safety valve, and making good to disturbed surface including taking down existing water storage heater complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- PVC connection for hot and cold water shall be measured and paid under respective items.

S&F PVC connection with brass nipple 15 mm x 600 mm long with ISI marked, stainless steel, suitable for hot and cold water of 25 ltrs capacity of geyser as hot and cold water connection complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Electric/Electronic KWH meter and refixing it back after Submain wiring and connecting up complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Sheet metal enclosure of size 350 x300 x 150 mm suitable for mounting Single phase electric meter fabricated from 2mm thick CRCA sheet with anti corrosive dust and vermin proof complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The meter cover shall have a fully transparent window. The window shall be of transparent, high grade UV stabilized engineering plastic for easy reading of all the displayed values/parameters and observation of operation indicator. Taking down of V TPN 4 Way and keeping in safe custody and refixing with running condition witout any extra costcomplete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of distribution board MCCB 125 Amps, 4 Pole, 415 Volts with 16 kA including electrical connection with bus bar or incomer with appropriate size of aluminium lugs and insulation packing complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB DB SPN 12 Way with metal double door, (IP43 Protection) flush mounting epoxy powder control having 100 Amps rated bus bar complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down of LED building security light 40Watt and keeping in safe custody and refixing after painting of brackets ,fastner and pipe with one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of LED Building security light fitting 40 Watt including provision of GI bracket made with 25mm dia medium grade GI pipe of 1.5 mtr length suitable for fixing of LED light fitting duly fixed with clamps, nut, bolts, & washers etc. complete all as directed.

M&L , Earthing complete with galvanisedsteel earth plate electrode 60cm×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point , connected to main board / disribution board complete,Earthing GI lead and GI protection pipe 15 mm dia light grade upto 7.5 m from earth pit connecting to machinary/ equipment, testing point, all as specified and testing on completion all as per directed. Note :- (i) The unit rate shall also included for earth work in hard /dense soil , PCC type C-I (1:3:6) chamber , PCC 1:2:4 type B-I cover 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars,150 mm c/c both ways, funnel with watering pipe 20 mm dia medium graded , GI protection pipe light grade 15 mm dia and wire mesh complete in addition to items No. 1(a) to (e) of preamble (notes) under sub heading earthing specified on SI page No. 389 of SSR Part - II.(ii) Earthing lead and GI protection pipe beyond 7.5 mtrs will be measured and paid separatelly if required under appropriate Schedule. (iii) Earthing shall be tested as specified in casul 19.137 of SSP PART - I 2009 , to the entire satisfication of Engr-in-Charge. (iv) On teting after completion of earthing , if the desired earth resistance is not obatined the earthing wiil be re done by the contractor at his on risk and cost to the entire satisfaction of the Engr - in - charge. (v) The U/S earth plate ,pipe,and GI wire obtained during excavation will be taken in Sch of Credit.

Taking down unserviceable sub main wiring complete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring of two runs of 6 Sqmm size for main cable and one run of 6 Sqmm size earth continuity conductor of single core PVC insulated but unsheathed FRLS cable of specified size multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade IS-694 marked , drawn in & including new PVC rigid concealed conduit complete all as specified and directed . Note :- (i) Phase should be Red/Yellow/Blue, neutral should be black and earthing wire should be of green colour. (ii) Two runs of cable for phase & neutral , one run of cable for earth & one run of PVC conduit will be measured and paid as one unit length. (iii) The rates are inclusive of Cutting / chasing and making good to disturbed surface with cement mortar 1: 3 and same surface finishes with the adjoining surface of disturbed area .

S&F 15mm bore pipe medium grade galvlanised iron pipe with all fitting tapped with of the existing pipe in wall/floor and making connections and making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing specifications complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F bib tap 15mm bore of cast copper alloy CP fancy type scerwed to iron pipe and fixed complete.

S&F stopcock concealed Angle type 15mm dia cast copper alloy CP fancy type screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete.

Supply ,laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded ,galvanised steel strip armoured ,electric power cable (heavy duty ) 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sqmm ,3.5 core on wall and in trenches including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc for laying of cables, erection of poles, struts/ stays etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling in trenches for cushioning of LT cables punning after filling complete as specified and as directed. Note: Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid

Supply and laying bricks common burnt clay building sub class 'B' designation 75 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
