ERECTION OF WORK AS PER RESSPO NORMS.

Digging of pits of size 0.45x1.25x 1.50 mtr. for erection of STP pole 11 mtr. long ( S/P,D/P,T/P, F/P)

Erection of single STP pole of 11 mtr long.

Fabrication and erection of double pole of STP poles 11 mtr long.

Mounting and fitting of V-type cross arm, 33 KV pin, pin insulator, earth clamp complete in all respect as per drawing of RESPO on single STP pole 11 mtr long. Cross arm, Pin, Pin insutator, shall be Provided by the Department and cross arm cramp, Danger board with clamp shall be provided by contactor.

Fabrication, mounting and fitting of top channel, bracing made of m.s. angle, earth clamp, 33 KV pin & pin insulators, disc insulator and disc fitting on P.C.C. . double pole. Top channel bracing M.S. angle, 33 KV pin and pin Insulator. Disc Insulator and disc fitting , Earth clamp, stay clamp, top channel clamp, bracing clamp, danger board etc. shall be provided by contractor.

Grouting of single STP pole 11 mtr long with cement, sand and brick bllast ratio 1:4:8 size 0.45x 0.45x 1.5 mtr deep under the ground as per drawing No. RES-6.Cement, sand, brick, ballast shall be provided by the contractor.(S/P, D/P, T/P, F/P)

Digging of pits of size 0.60x 0.60x1.2 mtr and grouting the stay rod anchor plates 0.45x 0.45x 0.45 mtr with cement, Ganga sand and brick ballast ratio 1:4:8 as per drawing No. RES-16. Cement, sand, brick, ballast shall be provided by the contractor.

Complete fitting of stay rod and fastening stay wire including fitting of stay clamp, turn buckle, and making ring of stay wire on both ends in seven strands 9” to 12” long. Stay clamp, Turn buckle shall be provided by the contractor only Stay Set Provided by Department.

Earthing of single STP pole by digging 1.00 mtr deep pit and driving the electrodes of MS earth rod and connecting all the metallic parts of poles with earthing rod by G.I. wire and filling pits with soil after completion of earthing.earth wire/ G.I. wire M.S.rod shall be provided by the Department

Laying of A.C.S.R. Dog conductor with the help of aluminium roller by hanging three nos. on each support in a manner taking sufficient care to ensure safety of A.C.S.R. Dog conductor against rubbing on ground, precaution for safety of crops is also to be taken. The work includes jointing of Conductor by providing jointing sleaves, stringing of conductor upto correct sag and binding of conductor with insulators on each support. All material required for above work shall be provided by Contractor such as jointing sleeve binding wire, armour rod etc.

Laying of 3x300 Sqmm 33 KV XLPE Cable for Loop & Air 3x300 Sqmm 33 KV XLPE Cable Prvided by the Department GI Pipe and Cable Box etc. Shall be Provided by the Contractor

Laying 3x300 Sqmm 33 KV XLPE Cable for Railway Crossing and N.H. Crossing with HDPE Pipe Method 3x300 Sqmm 33 KV XLPE Cable Prvided by the Department and HDPE Pipe, GI Pipe and Cable Box etc. Shall be Provided by the Contractor

Erection of complete structure for 33 KV lightening arrestor in switch yard. as per RESPO drawing. Work includes Erection of 3 Nos.33 KV Lightening arrestor, its fitting and mounting with care. Grouting of structure with L.C, of 1:3:6 construction of plinth size 0.90x0.45x 0.45 cum. plastering the plinth with cement mortar with cement and sand in ratio 1:4. Works includes cost of clamp concrete material, labour T&P and cement, which shall be provided by the contractor lightening arrestor provided by Department

Erection of complete 33 KV VCB Single Control Pannel with structure in switchyard and grouting of VCB Structures. C.T. Structure by cement, sand, brick ballast mortar in ratio 1:3:4. Work includes complete fitting of VCB and C.T. on structure carefully with making all connections of control cable for operating the VCB and C.T. Only VCB, C.T., Battery and battery chargar and their structure shall be provided by the department. All other item like cement, concrete material, T&P shall be provided by the contractor. Work also includes installation and commissioning of Battery and Battery charger.

Installation of 33 KV transformer control pannel in the switchgear room and grouting the pannel by rag bolt using cement, sand mortar in ratio 1:3. Work includs fitting of all accessories in all respect with complete connection of control cable with pannel.Grouting material will be provided by the Contractor.

Dismantling of Switchyard fencing for safe shifting of old 5/10 MVA power T/Fs

Safe Shifting & dragging of old 5 MVA T/F from inside to out side of Switch Yard after detaching its accessories i.e. Radiator, conservator etc and empting the T/F i.e taking out the T/F oil and disconnecting all 33 KV and 11 KV connections as well as dismantling of 11 KV cable stand and neutral stand. All tools & T&P shall be provided by the contractor.

Safe shifting and dragging of 10 MVA Power Transformer from outside of Switch Yard to inside of Switch Yard taking precautions to avoid damage of bushings of Transformer and other accessories. All tools, T&P etc shall be provided by the contractor.

Erection of 10 MVA Power Transformers on plinth, fixing of all accessories like radiator, conservator tank etc. complete and filling of T/F oil in Transformer complete in all respect.

Special earthing of neutral and body of 10MVA T/F with the help of 3 Nos.G.I. pipe 40 M.M. dia. length 20 feet. G.I. pipe for making of delta, and 2 nos for body earthing complete in all respect and connected with 50x6 m.m GI Strip. G.I. Pipe, G.I. Strip etc. required for completion of work in all respect shall be provided by the Contractor.

Earthing of 11 KV indoor equipments, switch gears as per RESPO Drawing. with G.I. Strip of Size 50x6 mm, provided by which will be the contractor.

Earthing of 33 KV C.T. Structure complete as per schedule with 50x6 mm.G.I. Strip. All earthing material shall be provided by the contractor.

Special earthing of lightening arrestor structure with 6 Nos. additional 40 mm dia 2.5 Mtr. Long G.I. pipe electrodes/rod by digging 3 Mtr. deep pits and connecting it with L.A. through G.I. Strip 35x6 mm welded at both ends. All the material Like G.I. pipe, G.I. strip shall be provided by the contractor.

Special earthing of T/F neutral by boring 2” dia 20 feet long G.I. pipe in the wet earth and connecting it with 35x6 mm. G.I. strip to T/F neutral giving half round turn at the T/F. Two separate earthing to be provided to T/F body by connecting it with earth mat by special earthing arrangement for earthing work. Material Like Strip of size 50x6/35x6 mm and G.I. pipe 2” dia 2.9 mm thick shall be provided by the contractor used in above work.

painting of All structure and equipment inside the switch yard with two coats of red oxide primer and thereafter two coats of aluminium paint, giving silver white finish, painting is to be done after proper cleaning of the structures. paint, primer, thinner etc. required shall be provided by the contractor himself.

Laying of 11 KV 3 x /120/185/300 Sqmm. XLPE power cable by digging 0.75 Mtr. deep trench, putting layer of sand in the bottom, ramming it, laying of cable over it RMT and covering the cable from sides and top by laying bricks, finally covering the same by earth and levelling of the same, all the materials, except cable, will be provided by the contractor. Rates may be quoted per RMT

Cartage of materials from store center Naini to site, like all Sub station structure, 11 KV Switch gears, Earth mat material, poles, station T/F, All Equipment (TPMO, LA, Fuse set, C.T, P.T. Isolators, VCB, Conductor, Cable, etc.)
