Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retainingwalls, cc road and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 50 metres as directed by Engineer Cement Concrete Grade M-15 and above and PCC blocks l & s qty.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level :1:1½:3 (1 Cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) and of required shade on new work, over and including priming coat of whiting to give an even shade.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick Pre-laminated partide board flatpresseo orced three layer or graded wood particle board conforming 12823 Grade to I5: I TyYpe , in panelling fixed in 2722 windows aluminium doors shutters and partition frames with C.P, brass / stainless steel scews etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides.
