Note:- (a) The material as incorporated in the work shall be undertaken by the authorise representative of manufacturer/dealer. (b) Material will be accepted and allowed to incoporate in the work only after production of Purchase Voucher / Invoice from the manufacturer / authorised dealer in original and test certificate from the manufacturer,dealer. (c) Bidder must submit the authorised applicator certificate at the time of sample approval. The authorised applicator shall be as per Manufature list mentioned in CA. (d) The Contractor shall give Guarantee for structural repair of for a period of 10 (Ten) years from the certified date of completion. Similarly the Contractor shall take warranty of structural repair for next 10 years of the work immediately after executions/ completion of work from the authorised Applicator . (e) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of carrying out work upto 15m height of building.

M&L for perforation in RCC structure using twist & rotating mechanical cutting tool up to a profundity of 15 to 18 mm dia including expelling of inner dust, etc by mechanical machine ( using vacuum pressure to suck dirt ) including providing and fixing of heavy grade GIP perforated nipple 15 mm dia, 50 mm long, @ 1.0 Mtr C/C in one as well as other perpendicular direction and including injecting of PCM blended with using integral water proofing liquid admixture for mixture of coarse (>4.5mm retained on IS Sieve), & fine aggregate (<4.5mm retained on IS Sieve), with cement / mixture of fine aggregate with cement and compound which makes surface impervious to water for cement based concrete and mortar Chemical Confirms to IS 2645-2003, having Specific Gravity 1.1-1.2 gms/cc, ClO3– Nil as per IS 2645-2003. The mixture shall be made using plasticized expanding cementitious admixture and hydrolysis resistant primer cement modifier, provides excellent bond to concrete, improves tensile and flexural properties of mortar, Versatile and water-based lignosulphonates concrete bonding agent chemical, reduces the water demand for required workability and minimises segregation and bleeding, minimize permeability and increase the waterproofing properties of concrete and mortars complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. M&L for one component Impermeable to aggressive elements, Chloride free, safe for use in prestressed and reinforced concrete, alkali resistant synthetic fibres for exceptional resistance to cracking shear thinning fibre reinforced polymer modified , Impermeable to aggressive elements, dual shrinkage compensated, cementitious repair mortar 20mm thick with alkali resistant synthetic fibres for exceptional resistance cracking, conforming to ASTM C 109 & ASTM C 348 at the outer or inner RC surface mixed with shear thinning fibre reinforced polymer modified repair mortar in the ratio 0.25:1 and mixed with cement mortar modifier of AR for gauging liquid for cementitious systems with specially adhered to BS 6319 having Specific Gravity of 1.025 to 1.04, minimum = 43% solid contents)< 2% by weight of cement and as per manufactures’ instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The mortar shall have physical characteristics as under:- (a) Fexural strength @ 7 days > 7N/mm2, (b) Tensile strength @ 7days> 3 N/mm2, (c) Compressive strength @ 35Mpa at 7 day and 45Mpa at 28 days, (d) Adhesion bond strength > 2 N/mm2 (e) Creep Strain Reduction - 10% (ii) This mortar can also be used on external or internal surface of RC component / any brick or stone wall surface etc. (iii) Top surfaces of the plaster shall be finished even and smooth with using extra cement and the quoted rate shall be inclusive of the same. (iv) This item shall be undertaken by the authorised rep. of manufacturer.

Repair mortar in the ratio of 0.33:1:4 mixed with cement and fine aggregate(<4.5mm retained on IS Sieve) water based lignosulphonates concrete bonding agent water Less than 15% as compared to 50% max. allowable under IS:2645, having SG 1 to 1.2 gm/cc, chloride content : Nil as per IS 2645-2003 over and including hydrolysis resistant primer cement modifier, provides excellent bond to concrete, Improves tensile and flexural properties of mortar, to be applied on surface before application for mixture of cement and fine aggregate (<4.5mm retained on IS Sieve) , chemicals in ratio as per recommendation of manufacturer total chemical not less than 5% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (ii) This item shall be undertaken by the authorised rep of manufacturer.

M&L for applying two component, cementitious flexible, elastomeric compound coating which makes surface impervious to water for concrete surfaces with high performance cement using acrylic modified elastomeric compound coating with additives reduce or eliminate internal rust and corrosion by neutralizing acids and forming a chemical protective barrier to repel moisture from metal surfaces corrosion inhibiting additive and estomeric compound coating for positive and negative water pressure on RCC Component ,facias/any brick/Concrete/stone inner or outer wall surface etc. complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) The chemical shall comply to ASTM D4541, ASTM C836, DIN 1.048, ASTC D412 having shore hardness D Scale = 20 after application. (ii) The coating shall be Non-Volatile, low Temperature Feasibility Test, Tensile strength > 0.4 Mpa, Elongation > 20% Cleaning, (iii) The chemical shall be mixed using slow speed electric drill and application of 2 coats polymer modified using impervious liquid admixture and compound-based concrete and mortar conforming to IS 2645 - 2003 of chemicals as approved by Engineer-in-charge. (iv) Top of the Surface shall be furnished even and smoother with extra cement including all finishing the surface of match with the existing surface and the quoted rate shall be inclusive of the same. (v) This item shall be undertaken by the authorised rep of manufacturer.

M&L for applying two coats of water based Alicyclic emulsion sealer for resistance to aggressive agents like atmospheric gases-excellent barrier to carbon dioxide, chloride ions, sulphates, oxygen, water, UV rays and rain, efflorescence and lime blooming over and including a coat of water based acrylic polymer primer on prepared surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The coating contains special glass fibres to maintain anti cracking properties for concrete/ Masonry, (ii) Acrylic emulsion Sealer Coat chemical as approved shall have High performance Water Based aliphatic protective coating to new or old concrete & masonry surface. (iii) The primer shall be applied after proper surface Preparation, cleaning of dust, dirt etc. (iv) System should be application of water based acrylic polymer primer coating on prepared surface at 260-280 microns WFT @ 200 microns DFT using suitable brush or roller, (v) The Over coating shall be laid after 8 hours of air dry. (vi) This item shall be undertaken by the authorised rep of manufacturer.

M&L for Structural strengthening with application of expanding powered or dual shrinkage compensating non shrink free flow for Mending to cracks and existing deteriorat surface of RC component and similar work up to 15mtrs height from normal ground level by using plasticized expanding cementitious grout admixture, low permeability and long term durability, high fluidity with low water/cement ratio as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note- this item shall be undertaken by the authorised rep. of manufacturer.

M & L for applying a curing coating layer by providing adequate moisture, temperature and time to allow the surface to achieve the desired properties for its intended use by using viscosity alkali reactive wax based compound in which liquid substance that is added as a surface coating on repaired concrete surface for reducing the loss of water or heat in order to create ideal conditions that are favourable to the increase in the strength of concrete, the rate of application shall be within the range of 200 to 285 ml/m2, including all tools and tackles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note- this item shall be undertaken by the authorised rep. of manufacturer.

M&L for applying alkaline based compound corrosion inhibitors and dispersing agents for steel structure conforming to ASTM D 1748-10(2015) on ramshackle girders or reinforcement encased in concrete after cleaning to loose scale or oxidized chips from bars complete all as specified and directed . NOTE:- (i) The material to be applied on the rusted metal using brush. (ii) The material shall be allowed to react for 16 to 24 hrs and afterwards all the rust shall be removed by wire brushing the surface. The surface then shell be cleaned with dry cloth before application of protective coating etc. (iii) This item shall be undertaken by the authorised rep of manufacturer.

Providing and filling to cracks in RCC components after opening up in “V” groove manner covering the area of 300mm from central line of crack with the depth of 10mm complete with three components compound graded filler, E-Resins and Shear thinning agents with adjustable consistancy by varying the filler component epoxy resin based. chemicals by Engineer-in-charge.Note-this item shall be undertaken by the authorized rep. of manufacturer.
