Note :- (i) The Contractor's representative will report to concerned JE E/M at 0900 hrs daily to collect the list of defects and will submit the completion report on following day before 0900 hrs to the JE E/M (ii) The contractor has to rectify the defects and make the light fittings functional within 24 hours from the time the list of defective lights is handed over to him / his rep by the concerned JE E/M. In case the light fitting is not made functional for whatsoever reason within the specified time limit, an amount of Rs 50/- per such defective light fitting per day will be recovered from the amount due to him through RAR / Final Bill. The contractor shall engage separate team of technicians / repairer for DMRL/ATC D'gutta /RCMA areas. (iii) The contractor shall maintain proper record of repair / maint in a binded register duly bringing out the details of spares replaced on each and every light fitting and get it authenticated from concerned JE E/M on daily basis. The contractor shall put up the maint record register to Engineer-in-charge for inspection every Monday or as and when asked for. (iv) The contractor shall maintain sufficient stock of spares / material required for repair / maint of light fittings with the concerned JE E/M against the supply only items here-in-below. (v) The contractor should submit the copy of qulaification,Experience as Electrician and police verification certificates while sigining the site orders.
